Greetings Earthlings and Titans alike! Starfire and Beast Boy here, sharing our out-of-this-world experience at The Lego Store. Prepare yourself for a review that's as colorful as Cyborg's circuits and as playful as a kitten with yarn!Starfire: Oh glorious Lego emporium! The store is a magnificent kaleidoscope of bricks, colors, and possibilities. It's like a Tamaranian celebration of creativity right here on Earth!Beast Boy: Dude, for real! The entrance is like stepping into a dimension where everything is made of Legos. I felt like I was in a Lego jungle, and I was totally ready to build my own Lego-Beast Boy army.Starfire: The staff is as friendly as Silkie, and they understand the language of Lego, assisting us in our quest to find the perfect sets. They even have master builders, like Raven but with bricks instead of dark magic!Beast Boy: And speaking of sets, they got everything – from Star Wars to superheroes. I even found some animals to add to my Lego zoo. It's like having a whole Lego version of Jump City in my hands!Starfire: The Pick A Brick Wall! It's a tower of endless possibilities! I felt like a child in a candy store, or perhaps a Tamaranian in a candy nebula. You can mix and match your bricks, creating your own unique universe!Beast Boy: And don't get me started on the mini-figures. They got characters from every dimension – superheroes, astronauts, pirates – it's like the ultimate crossover, bro!Starfire: Indeed! So, fellow Earthlings and Titans alike, if you seek a place of joy, creativity, and interlocking wonders, head to The Lego Store. Beast Boy and I had an intergalactic blast, and we're sure you will too! Titans, fly and leap to Lego awesomeness! ? ?

I've been fortunate to have had the opportunity to visit many different Lego stores around the world. They may all have the same products with a similar store layout & aesthetic, but I can unequivocally say not all Lego stores are created equal! What ultimately makes the difference are the people. This was my first time ever at the Ross Park Mall location, and it was an abysmal experience. It was a Saturday morning around 11am, and the store was moderately busy. Out of the 6 employees I could see “working” one of them was just standing with a clipboard in the middle of the store, two other employees were in a conversation in the front of the store only stopping momentarily to half-heartedly "welcome" guests, 1 employee was just meandering around the store, and the last 2 employees were trying to handle the long line of people waiting to check out. When I finally worked my way through the line after waiting for about 15 minutes, I asked the cashier a question regarding the pick-a-brick wall. Every Lego store has one, and if you bring in and reuse a cup from a previous purchase, you are eligible for a discount. However, because I was traveling, I didn’t have my cups available. In the past, other Lego stores have allowed me to fill up one of their cups and then just dump it into a bag. Essentially, not having to take a new cup and still qualifying for the discount. When I asked the cashier if I could do that, he snipped at me and said that wasn't allowed and wasn't ethical!?!?I said ok and just wanted to move on with the cash out. Once we got to the end of the transaction, I inquired about the gift with purchase I thought I had qualified for, and the employee continued to be condescending. He said I was incorrect and that I should have been more aware of the conditions of the special offer. At this point, I said that since I'm not getting the deal on the pick-a-brick or the gift with purchase, then I don't want the order. He replied with "It's too late. I've already rung it in. We don't take returns on pick-a-brick."So I took my items and just left the store. Needless to say, I am grateful this location is not my home store. But, I genuinely feel sad for the population of Pittsburgh if this is the only representation or exposure they get of the Lego Group because it’s far better than that. I will continue to still go to Lego stores in my travels, but if I ever find myself in Pittsburgh again, I’ll just go to a Target or Walmart.

My kids and I had the best experience at this Lego Store! Immediately, the older gentleman at the front of the store was so willing to engage with my 3 year old and the legos at the front of the store. He showed him how to use the crane of the Lego. He also sent my older boys over to the build station where they had a great time building new things. Each of my kids picked out a small Lego set. That's all we came for. Of course some sets can get pretty pricey but you pay for what you get!I should add I felt the need to join in on the fun and had to purchase a Lego pen at check out!!We will be back.

Son's gifts were lost in transit and I came in today and urgently needed help with large purchase. A young associate named Tessa really took the time to help me and make decisions and I was able to buy all my son's presents. I don't know much about Lego, so this was a HUGE relief. thanks Tessa for your kindness!

Super awesome experience for out 2 and 4 year olds. They both loved the Lego store and left with new toys. Only downside was getting woken up at 6am this morning to help build the new toys.

Always a good experience at the Lego store. I can't remember the general manager's name but she is on it and is extremely well-rounded in the Lego world. I love this place and it makes me feel like a kid again.

My first trip as a newbie AFOL! Friendly staff, lots to choose from, generous vip points system. Ray, Connor, Sarah and Ben were all helpful and knowledgeable. I drove 45 minutes to check out the store and it did not disappoint. A must-see for any Lego builder. Looking forward to my next trip. Thank you.

Wow have Lego's changed since I was a child. Every color imaginable. Expensive!!!!!!!!!!!! If I had kids, they'd never be allowed to play with the sets. Lol!!! Lose a piece and then what! The Lego pens are what we went for. Cool little item that we use daily!

Great store, and nice to see people of all ages enjoy LEGO and not make dull comments about what makes people happy. This store has a diverse set of sets, characters and individual items. Would recommend.

I went here to see all the cool lego kits they had and they have every kind possible you can imagine, they have fancy displays of some too and even a place to make something to display in there with your name, which of course I did. And you can pick from their big of legos and make your own kit as well. This is inside the ross park mall too.

That mall is always packed, but our little ones (8 yo and 3 yo) love this Lego store. They especially love to build their own 3-character sets.
