TJMaxx, Marshalls,& home goods (I have to throw Ross dress for less in this fab category even though their not sister stores w/the TJMaxx co) are hands down better than going anywhere else...THAT INCLUDES GOODWILL...ESPECIALLY FOR CLOTHING! Every time I go to GOODWILL I think omg who would pay almost $10 for pants that a person worn for yrs when I can go to any of the stores listed above and get BRAND NEW DESIGNER PANTS FOR $8 on clearance (sometimes $6 if it is yellow sticker clearance). Even their full price clothing is a deal! The only time I go to goodwill is for old furniture if need be. TJMaxx also has beautiful furniture and it definitely is way less than getting it anywhere else new...so ty to these stores for having not only great choices on clothes, shoes, furniture, but also makeup &toiletries!

Immediately upon entering the store at 8:55, which had a posted closing time of 9:30, I was approached by a woman who firmly informed me that they closed in 15 minutes. I was at the store for a single item, shapewear. I quickly found the merchandise area, selected 2 items and found the fitting rooms were closed. I went to the register to be nonverbally pointed to the checkout by this manager. I asked about fitting rooms holding 2 items and The manager informed me that the fitting rooms were closed as they were not able to staff them. I asked about returns as I was purchasing clearance merchandise and was told they take returns as long as the tags are attached. I was rushed to check out by a distracted staff member who was hurried by this manager. As soon as one person appeared in line behind me, they were quickly calling for help from someone another staff, though the manager asked my cashier if that person was trained to check out customers. The whole experience was disappointing for merchandise I will likely need to return for not fitting my needs. I completed checkout before 9pm, 30 minutes prior to close, and felt rushed the whole time i also left with merchandise I am unsure will even fit, likely requiring a second trip to the store.

One of the bigger T.J. Maxx in the area in terms of variety of items offered and sizes.

Sales Associate (Patrice) whom works in the jewelry department went over and beyond to assist with a question regarding a bracelet in which I had no intention on buying. Her excellent sales techniques and professional customer service resulted in a guaranteed sale. Thanks Patrice!

The clothing options have gone way down in quality. You can still find an array of things. This will always be a go to but it is hit or miss and mostly a miss for quality clothing. It's not how it used to be.

Nice staff, always nice selection of stuff (like over at marshals). Reasonable prices and they usually have new stuff regularly

Exact same selection as Marshall’s, just more overpriced. This location is small and dirty inside. Not worth your time! The Marshalls in this plaza is not much better…

Super friendly employees. It's a TJ Max so typical layout of the store. It was neat , had a decent selection of clothing, shoes, bathroom, bedrooms, kitchen even some workout stuff.

Many low quality items; I’ve bought three belts from this location, and all of them broke within just a few months. Most departments are also full of the wrong items, like cologne in the toy department, clothing in the pet department, etc. Too few employees to keep up with lazy customers? Makes me wonder what the pay is.

I don’t understand why they can’t take returns on food. Most other stores let you return a food item if you try it and end up not liking it. They should have that displayed somewhere if it isn’t in the policy at the very least.
I opened a product and tried it to find it was absolutely disgusting. I tried returning it and was denied even though you could visibly see that only one of the items were eaten, even though there were several in the package.
Tbh I’m probably never going to try any of TJ maxs food products because they’re usually gross looking anyway and two I can’t even just try an item and return it like so many other stores let you do. Very stupid.
