Tony’s Auto Service took excellent care of us on a recent tire installation. We purchased tires online at TireBuyer and they were delivered to Tony’s shop. Unfortunately, the pricing on TireBuyer’s website was not reflective of what Tony’s currently charges (not the fault of Tony’s staff!) so our payment to TireBuyer didn’t cover the cost. Tony was excellent to deal with and was more than willing to work through the situation with us, finding alternatives to keep things moving. We are about to embark on a cross country trip, and Tony’s shop is about to take a week of vacation, so getting this done on time was very important. Tony took ownership of the timeline and delivered excellent customer service to make sure that we were taken care of on a Friday. He even squeezed in the time to perform an alignment, which I admittedly asked about after making the appointment and thought I would have to follow up on later. Overall, they knocked it out of the park for us and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the guys at Tony’s!!

Fixed my tire and got me back on the road. Also, one of the few small shops that actually has a wheel alignment machine.

Got a flat tire exiting 28 pulled into there lot (at first not knowing the shop was there) asked for help, just to borrow a jack to lift my car so I personally can put my donut on. Just "too busy" as he claimed. I told him I'm right on your lot and all I need is to use a floor jack to lift my car so I could put my donut on. Only response was "just call AAA" so instead of getting any sort of help I called a friend who lived 40 minutes away to come help me, just for him or an employee to watch me change my flat from there garage door. POOR OWNERSHIP and no help to anyone in need

This was my first visit to this garage. Friendly mechanics who answered all my questions and did a great job on replacing my front brakes.

Dude in one of their Red service pickup trucks purposely blew my doors off on Carson street, must have been going 40+mph only to immediately stop and turn left. Even kept staring me down after I passed him so it was pretty obvious it was on purpose. Not sure why the reckless, impatient driving was required. Not a good look when your business is written on your back window but helps track down the dangerous driver, I'm sure the cops will catch up with his habits soon.

We have been taking our cars to Tony's for years and he has saved us time and money more times than I can express. In fact, my mother in law drives a good distance to take her car to him just because he is so honest and professional. It's just a good feeling having someone you know you can trust with your vehicles.
