I purchased a 67 Chevelle SS 396 from Tower. I bought the car without ever seeing it, on the word of the owner because the car was so beautiful in the pictures. Mike even did test drives of the car on video for me showing me everything I needed to see to get a comfort level to purchase the car. I decided to go for it, and Mike sent the car down to me and it showed up and was so perfect! After a couple days I had a small problem with the car, and I had it repaired. Mike covered the cost for me even though he wasn't required to. Tower has been around a long time because they take care of their customers.
I highly recommend Tower to anyone who needs to purchase a quality vehicle and have a company behind it that they can trust!
I wish all of my purchases were as solid as this one.

Easiest car buying experience ever! Jared was incredibly professional and helpful. I drove in from 3 hours away and was only at Tower Auto for maybe an hour! Everyone was kind and answered any questions I had, there were no hidden fees, it could not have been a better experience for me!

Did work for Mike Senior! I cannot stress enough these guys hold themselves not just with the upmost respect/class dealing with customers as well as their communication skills their honesty I cannot say one negative thing!!! Mike Senior and his crew showed nothing but 100% class act/acting/communication skills most importantly morals! This day and age society has lost their moral compass! I’m the type of person who loves to help people. I’ve always been that way. Sometimes They help people and it goes too far and it ends up biting me in the ass! But I was always told always do good to others/help others! You’ll never have to look over your shoulder in life! Tower auto owner/employees follow that moral compass and for that I am grateful for!! I am grateful to call Mike Senior and the employees my friend/friends! Thank you sir for always being there delivering the honest truth about my vehicles along with my best options! Based off the reviews I read, wanted to do research on a car prior to calling and asking about it. Here is how that interaction went….
The car in question is priced very aggressively for the year and mileage. A quick five minute search revealed that the car has frame damage based off of two separate, reputable, websites that give vehicle history.
Called the dealership today and spoke to a sales guy, unfortunately I don’t remember his name. Very straightforwardly said I was interested in getting information on that vehicle and that it was priced pretty low for its comparable comps and I was wondering why. The first thing out of the salesman’s mouth was, “we can raise the price if you’d like”. I immediately told him that there was no need for that and he responded with, “relax, it was just a joke”. Not very funny for a potential customer to hear if you ask me.
I then asked if the vehicle came with a full Carfax and if there was a reason it was priced so low. Salesman said the vehicle would come with a full Carfax and he would print it out for me if I came in. He then said that it’s a clean vehicle with no damage at all other than normal wear and tear.
I then asked him why is it showing frame damage on two separate websites and he immediately asked, “which ones “. At that time, I realized I was not dealing with a reputable person at minimum, if not the whole establishment. I told him to have a good day and hung up.
I’m not saying don’t buy from them, I’m just saying do your research on the car yourself.

I contacted them several times about purchasing a sc430. Every time I contacted them I received a different answer why the vehicle wasn't available to be seen. I tried for a week then went to pittsburgh porsche aoto sales where I received an excellent sale of a used lexus. I'm not sure what there problem is but the Porsche dealer was happy to sell me his car

Purchased the attached (CarGurus images) 2023 Mercedes GLB from Tower Auto Sales a week ago. I’m out of state, and the team there made this one of the easiest car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. No price gouging or hidden fees, even lowered what they needed to lower to keep everything simple with round numbers. I didn’t haggle, and honestly didn’t feel like I needed to because they were very easy to work with and it was already so competitively priced when compared to nationwide searches for the same vehicle with the same features I’d found while having spent months and months researching before making a decision to go with their team.
I drove my trade there and all the paperwork was done before I arrived, only had to spend about ten minutes of my time finalizing it with signatures. There were no surprises, everything was exactly as advertised; both with the SUV and the verbal agreement we had over the phone. Basically just swapped keys, signed a few things and walked out to enjoy my new car.
I should also mention that they were very particular about making sure that the Mercedes was cleaned up and well-detailed before picking it up. They are not in the business of selling you a low-quality vehicle, and it shows.
Huge thank you to Mike for working with me over the phone to make this happen and another huge thank you to Deb for having all of the paperwork ready to go, making this a seamless purchase.
Will more than likely search their dealership before I look anywhere else the next time in the market for a vehicle. You can’t put a price tag on exceptional customer service and it’s certainly made a loyal customer out of me. Well done.

My Audi Q3 was totaled because a truck rear-ended me at a traffic light & I absolutely loved this vehicle it was premium plus it had everything it was my dream car so I'm looking for a pre-owned Audi premium Plus Q3 a 2021 and in a specific color and they have it on the lot in pictures but very bad pictures and a very bad description on OfferUp. I simply send a message asking if it's a premium or premium Plus less than a split second after I hit send I get an immediate message asking for my personal information and at that point my phone number was already sent even though I just wanted to know information via messaging on OfferUp. So I send a second message back saying I already sent you my phone number all I need to know is if this is a premium plus because the pictures are really bad and they don't show anything in the description is not really complete for a car dealership who's trying to sell a $26,000 car. So once again I get an immediate message back exactly after I hit send that said to call the dealership because they would know more about the vehicle so I'm thinking this is a third party scammer trying to get information and it's just ridiculous I mean they shouldn't do that they should have somebody that can either answer the questions via text or not ask for third party information through a third party source it's absolutely ridiculous and I guarantee anybody goes online right now send a message to Tower Auto sales through OfferUp and something will immediately come back before you can even take your finger off the send button. I know a lot of the reviews they get are fake they have people that they pay to make reviews.
