We have bought many many cars from Tower. They are a top notch dealership there to help get you into the car of your dreams. I actually traded one vehicle back to Tower and got more for it than I paid the first time. Great people to deal with. The ladies in the tag and title office were fantastic too. Give them a try I’m sure you won’t be sorry.

You don't review a dealer immediately after you purchase a vehicle.....wait 6 months and THEN review the transaction. Been 9 months since I purchased an older Wrangler. I'm ready !EXACTLY as presented. No surprises, an honest evaluation...here's the good, here's what your gonna wanna do in a bit.LOVE THIS JEEP ! Reliable, nothing I had to address to keep it running, a truly dependable Wrangler. No spray paint, cover-ups anywhere. Good Lord, they even totally rebuilt the rear brakes the day before I went down to pick it up. Totally unexpected, but their Master Mechanic didn't want to release it without the change.A great vehicle at a fair and equitable price.

Typical salesmen pitch, perfect car, great shape, you won't be disappointed. Get there and the car is in moderate condition, and he says what did you expect it's 15 years old, its not a show car, broken ac vents, rag top is molded and discolored. To bad, a day wasted on lies, for a car with 42000 miles. A convertible Corvette. To find out that it was wrecked and repaired was the icing on the cake, no thanks, I'll keep looking.

Purchased my car there 4 years ago upon recommendations from several friends. Matthew Casey did a nationwide search of auction cars to find what I wanted (diesel wagon). Car was fairly priced. I’ve been bringing my car there for service ever since, and have been very, very satisfied. Service is easily scheduled, prompt and well-executed. They even saved me from an un-needed brake job recommended when I had the car serviced elsewhere for a dealer recall. When the day comes that either my husband or I need another car, we’ll purchase it from Matthew Casey at Tower.

Absolutely horrible experience and it still isn't even over. This will be a long read but worth understanding what type of people you are buying a car from. I bought a 2018 M3 BMW from them that was shipped out to me in CA. I took it on a test drive right after coming off the trailer and within 5 miles the check engine light came on. Had cat codes for both catalytic converter efficiencies. Not only do I have a check engine light on but it shows the original code set 300 miles PRIOR to me receiving the car! When you spend $56k you would also think the car would get a detail? Nope that didn't happen, pink stuff melted in the door panel pockets, oak leaves crushed into the carpet, coffee spilled on center console white marks on the rear seat leather. Then there was body damage to the drivers rear bumper that was never shown to me or discussed. Over 25 pictures and a video were sent to me and NONE of them showed me the damage. I bring up all of these concerns to Mike Jr. and his response is "check engine lights happen. It's under warranty take it to the dealer." ( dealer is an hour away) Oh and I'll Venmo you $200 for a detail. That's it. That's what I got. Not even a sorry for any of it. Fast forward months later I take it to the BMW dealer and they call to tell me the cars computer has been flashed and there are NO catalytic converters on the car so they can't warranty anything. Oh and here is my bill for $185 for waisting their time. Oh yeah and Cataltytic converters were quoted to me for almost 6k. So yeah I have now waisted 4hrs driving back and forth and have a bill. How ignorant or dishonest do you have to be to sell a car without a Federal Emissions device on the vehicle!? So I make contact with them again but this time I talk to Mike Sr. I am pretty pissed at this point and give him 2 options. A large chunk of money to be returned to me to correct all said issues or take the car back. He replies with an email accusing me of taking the catalytic converters off the car myself and hiding them in my closet and trying to extort money from them!! Holy $hit this guy has a pair. He said he would buy a set of catalytic converters and ship them to me and give me $200 for the detail and $200 for the install. $200 does not even come close to covering the labor. Nothing else. He could care less of the MONTHS wasted, not driving my car, paying insurance on it, wasting an entire day dealing with the dealer and paying their bill, the body damage, none of it.Not to mention the Tuner box that was installed in the car that I spent 3 hrs removing so that the dealer wouldn't void my warranty. Oh wait that happened anyway because they sold me a car without catalytic converters and the computer had a software tune on it. So not only did they not even know what was or was not on the car before sale, they have the balls to tell me I did it and it wasn't them! So yes I have a $56k piece of metal I can't drive because it won't pass inspection, collecting dust in my driveway. Once they have your money they could care less about you and your struggles even if they caused it directly. I will update this as I move forward. I will also post some pictures. These guys are EPIC, epic crooks.

Let me preface this buy saying I don't leave bad reviews lightly, especially with local businesses. But this dealership is dishonest and tried to hide damage on a car they were about to sell. Thankfully we didn't complete the purchase before finding out what kind of people run this place. Girlfriend went to look at a car and liked it for the price. Took her vehicle down to get her trade appraised. They under appraised, but we didn't care because it still seemed like a good deal. They agreed on a price and she was going to sign the paper work in a few days. On a whim she decided to do a Car Fax and discovered that the car had water damage 2017 and a recall from 2019 that was never fixed. They hid that information and never disclosed it to her. When she called and asked the the owner (Mike Jr?) about it, he just kind of shrugged it off and said, "oh, it wasn't that bad". After that she decided that it might still be worth it and asked them to fix the recall. They said it would take a few days. Almost a week later she follows up after not hearing from them to which they tell her "we didn't think you wanted the car because of the water damage, so we didn't fix the recall". So, they are going to try to sell the vehicle to someone else with that recall still unfixed. That's shady, right? No thanks. We will take our business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.
