“I've rented from here numerous times and this location is wonderful. The equipment is well cared for and they have a pretty large fleet as well as a good selection of in-store supplies for last minute needs, ie boxes, straps, mattress bags, etc. The manager and employees are very friendly and helpful. Location is very close to Rt 51 and Rt 88, but hidden in a neighborhood so your vehicle isn't out in the open. I will definitely continue to use this location. Highly recommend.”
“Hidden gem!Went here for the first time to get a hydraulic line made, I needed it ASAP. Rick said come on down buddy I’ll get that made for you in a few minutes. I went down and sure enough he had that line made in five minutes for a very fair price. Rick is one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met, a problem solver with a great attitude. He is a wealth of knowledge. I encourage anyone needing a repair, railroad ties or guns to go see this man! Thanks Rick!”
“Bob!!!! The person who makes everyone’s life easy when they go to this location for truck rental or trailer rental. This is a hidden gem!!!! A truly amazing customer experience and Bob never disappoints. He is so passionate for serving customers and always goes out of his way and helps them achieve their needs at a great price.In my case, he stayed late on Sunday and helped me with a truck rental.Kudos to you Bob!!!! “I get my oil changes done here and have rented a moving truck on occasion here as well. Every time I come here the owner and staff have always been so friendly and the service has always been quick so you can continue with your day. Prices are great and I love that I don’t need an appointment for an oil change! Highly recommend!”

“This U Haul is a main office, is well stocked and staffed but the staff is not taking care of the customers or trucks. Here is my experience:
Truck had problems in not being able to start because the key was stuck and would not rotate. Had to call and wait for help. I kept trying and finally after wiggling it many times it started. This was repeated several times! Very frustrating!
Secondly I had reserved pads but they were not in the truck. On checking out when I returned the truck that evening, I was charged $15 - had to wait for a manager to show up for the refund.
Seems the staff is not trained or does not pay attention to taking care of business.”

“I have a storage unit here and have never had an issue with the unit rental. Years ago there was a small price increase and I didn't receive notification in advance. My bill is automatically deducted so I would have liked to have been notified. The facility is well kept and has good hours. I have also rented U-Haul vehicles from here and purchased moving supplies.
The parking is challenging, even for an experienced driver. The signage for checking in a vehicle and trying to park for a storage unit is not as clear to someone as a new driver or if they've never been to the location. Parking for the units is tight. As such a big facility, it would be nice if the parking was more ample.”
“Easy pickup and drop off, even though the mobile pickup did not work, so I would recommend booking the pickup during opening hours. Staff is super friendly and I got the van without any delay.”

“My son and I were preparing to move his stuff to his new apartment, so we decided to get something to eat before we looked for a moving truck. We were just finishing up eating at the Eat N Park while looking up rental places on our phones and my son looks out the window, “Dad there are trucks over there!”. I looked up and we both started laughing.
When we walked in the place, we were greeted by Tim who reminded me of one of my favorite no nonsense neighbors who used to fix cars in his driveway for kicks and who used to always tell me how much better the old cars are and never buy new. His old school straight to the point demeaner filled with good conversation made a moment my son and I will not forget. Although the shop was closed for the day, Tim was able to get us a truck. When I got into the truck, he took the time to explain where everything was and exactly what to do. He even adjusted the mirrors!
