Hands down the worst company to deal with, the tux was wrong color, size, and style for our sons wedding, was told the would do their best to get the right one in,and would call when ready, an hr before rehearsal dinner, had to go out and buy a suit that would somewhat coordinate with the wedding as we received no call and no answer when we called, then when we called for a refund..HARD NO, and accused of lying about not being notified...DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! OR any location as they all are the same people and management who go between locations as it would apper not even the employees want to be there.

I mistakenly waited until four days before i needed a tux. Time was tight, not only to get the tux delivered from Scranton, but to make sure i didn't need alterations, because there wouldn't be time. Frank did a fantastic job getting measurements just right. The tux not only came on time, but fit perfectly. Highest recommendation.

My experience with tuxedo junction started out as a pleasant one. Upon arriving in store with the grooms party I am apart of, we experienced good service from the gentleman who worked to get us fitted and check out timely. However the experience we’ve had since then has been disappointingly subpar. We’ve been provided misinformation by MANAGEMENT numerous times now regarding the status of our refunds; that started with being told it would take only up to 10 business days to process and receive our refund checks on Jan 7th, and then when i called on the 24th they changed it to up to 30 business days.. well, I called again today Feb 9th and the manager put me on hold while he “checks and escalates my request with corporate” & when coming back proceeds to tell me he’s sorry but it actually takes up to 45 business days to process and receive a refund check.. so I called the corporate number myself and they assured me my check is being put in the mail today. Had Dmitri actually done what he assured me he was doing, he would have known and been able to provide that information to me. Sadly I wouldn’t recommend this place to folks considering using them for anything wedding related.

This place cannot get sizes right. Our entire group of seven all had a problems with either the shirts or pants. Forcing us all to come back the day before the wedding. Then they have the audacity to charge absurd late fees if they’re not returned within a day or two. Do yourself a favor and walk across the hall to Men’s Warehouse.

They have made my wedding planning as a Groom a pure nightmare.I can't even spend the energy to type out everything that has gone wrong, but I will anyway:Went days without answering the phone.Told me they can fit my father even though I said he is very large, and they ended up not being able to.There was no one there to open the store when my brother went for his fitting and waited over an hour on a work day.The wedding is this Saturday, and they don't have one of my groomsmen jackets in yet and today was their "deadline" for final fittings.Groomsman went for his final fitting yesterday and they were too busy so they turned him away and said come back today. That's an hour drive for him.I'm livid. Do not use this company. Save yourself a lot of pain.

worst experience. Way too expensive to start. was told that my suit would be in on Monday to try on, I show up Monday and everyone is clueless and doesn't know where my suit is so therefor I couldn't try it on and make sure everything was good to go. I pick it up on the day I have to leave so I wasn't able to try it on (luckily it even got there on time), and turned out that there was a big stain on the shirt. I would highly suggest that no one shops here. I'm not sure if it's just this location or tuxedo junction in general, but I had an awful experience and will forever preach to people how bad this place is.

Paid $330 for a tux that was supposedly fit to me. When I brought up concerns that the pants didn't fit they brushed them off saying I was wrong. They also forgot I ordered a vest. When they finally got it it was the wrong size and there wasn't enough time to correct it before the wedding. So now I have pants and a vest that don't fit. Won't be back.

Covid caused the wedding to be pushed back a year. We all got refitted a month before the wedding. When I went to pick up my Tux, they had the sizes chosen from the fitting the year before. Now I'm stuck the day before a wedding with no tux. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Dimitri was great and very helpful with picking out and fitting the tux. Got fitted and got the tux within a week.
