I use this Location alot, Staff always seem to go downhill more and more. The morning team is usually good, Afternoon workers don't seem to want to do their job, the staff took 20 minutes to actively return my truck, when I could've done it on my phone in 3. I asked for a printed receipt, and they were saying its emailed. They seemed confused when asked for a printed one, and it appeared as if it was a hassle for them to do their job.

I go there to get propane. you ring the bell at the station for assistance.. i waited there for 15 minutes! nobody comes out. I walk in the store, there is literally 3 people sitting at the counter playing on their phone. and no customers. the worker comes out to fill my tank and tells me there's something wrong with MY tank and she can't fill it up.?? but I just went and got it refilled somewhere else with no issues... flat out lazy

Online check in is a joke. Had to retake license picture multiple times. Then when that was finally done, truck wasn't where it was supposed to be. Had to go inside to find someone & they couldn't locate the key. Then after locating the key, they couldn't locate the truck. After finally getting the truck, it had enough gas to make it to the nearest station.The entire process was a hassle that was supposed to be easy with online reservation & pick up. Almost 45 minutes to just pick up a truck.

This particular U-haul has the most inconsiderate staff and are rip offs! Paperwork doesn't add up, so my suggestion is to take pictures of the mileage and gas as well as the body of the vehicle from what I've read and had a friend of a family members experience. Record your conversation or have witnesses to your (on speaker) conversation with their staff! They not only CHARGED this friend more money when the rental was picked up, but they also charged for mileage that wasn't put on the rental as well. Someone either is illiterate, doesn't know how to read an odometer, or is POCKETING money charged for mileage that wasn't actually put on the vehicle. The ignorance of the staff and no investigation into situations tells it all. So to those who rent from this particular place,,, BEWARE OF IT ALL! ESPECIALLY WHEN it comes to your money!!! An arrogant tattooed one will have deep pockets to fill! I hope this gets looked into and is resolved. Nobody deserves to be treated in the way they treat people!!!

My representative that helped me out today was josh and I really can’t say enough about this man and how knowledgeable he is with any questions I asked him about U-Haul is very lucky to have a worker such as himself and also anyone else reading this and is in need of any help with renting moving trailers etc and all the above ask for josh and I’m certain you’ll get your questions answered and you’ll be taken care of like he did me thank you again josh

I tried to use the U-Haul app, but it wouldn't work when I arrived on the lot. An actual human ended up helping me and she was great!

The truck I rented was old and beat up and burned quite a bit of fuel for such a short haul. I did the online check in and I still had to go inside and check in to get the truck keys and wait for the truck blocking the truck I rented to get out. It should have been ready for me to drive off at my pickup time. There was damage to the truck that was not on the check out photo so I had to take time to add it.

Review for U-Haul: Extremely Rude, Unprofessional, and Racist StaffI recently had an appalling experience with a young lady working at a U-Haul location. This employee's behavior was not only rude and unprofessional but also displayed clear signs of racism. I am deeply disappointed and disturbed by the treatment I received during my attempt to rent a vehicle through the mobile rental service.From the moment I arrived, it was evident that this staff member had no intention of providing any assistance or customer service. She completely ignored my presence and refused to acknowledge my attempts to seek help with the mobile rental process. Her dismissive attitude and lack of professionalism were shocking, and it was abundantly clear that she had no interest in fulfilling her job responsibilities.What was even more distressing was the overt racism displayed by this young lady. Her behavior was not only rude but also discriminatory. She seemed to hold prejudiced views and treated me differently solely based on my race. It was disheartening to be subjected to such unacceptable treatment in a public establishment like U-Haul.Despite my efforts to communicate my concerns and ask for assistance, this staff member continued to ignore me and demonstrate an utter lack of empathy. Her behavior left me feeling frustrated, humiliated, and unwelcome. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, regardless of my race or any other characteristic.I strongly condemn the actions of this U-Haul employee and hope that the company takes immediate and appropriate action. Racism has no place in any organization, and it is crucial for U-Haul to address this issue seriously. It is not only a matter of providing good customer service but also promoting a safe and inclusive environment for all individuals.I urge U-Haul to conduct a thorough investigation into this incident and implement comprehensive training programs to educate their employees about diversity, inclusivity, and respectful behavior towards customers. Customers should not have to endure such discriminatory treatment while attempting to avail themselves of the company's services.In conclusion, my encounter with the rude, unprofessional, and racist staff member at this U-Haul location was utterly distressing and deeply disturbing. I strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and be aware of the possibility of encountering such deplorable behavior.
