I was with UKRFCU for over 30 years. While some tellers trying to help, other tellers in Feasterville are rude. Brought to deposit a check and was asked “ why did you come in to us?” After 30 years of being customer. Also, stuff wear mask below nose during Covid19, evidently, they were not checked yet by Department of Health. But.. penalties are on horizon. Also, spoke to Halina Keller ( President’s assistant?! ), I received feelings of cover up problems that UKRFCU has as well as anti-semitism from Mrs. Keller. With Mrs. Keller we both came to conclusion that it is time for me to move to another financial institution. Financial situation of credit union is not stable, tellers changing like gloves, No ATM.

Loan rates are great, Super friendly staff, and overall I prefer Credit Unions over regular banks

How can you be a realistic credit union and only be open 28 hours a week? No wonder why your so small. Also, Treasurer and Manager should be the same person for small credit unions that is more financially prudent. Somehow you chose to have a separate treasurer that takes money for what? Manager should have a raise and take over providing info to a non-paid treasurer.
