UltA is my go to place for all things beauty. I get my hair cut and colored there. I buy my hair products and makeup there. They have always been able to answer my questions.

First time getting my brows waxed at Benefit Brow Bar and I gotta say, Madison is the best! She is super friendly and we’ve been talking non stop and made me feel less painful throughout the process! Also, my brows are on fleek!! Definitely coming back to her!!

I was looking for a specific brown stain and Ty was incredibly helpful. She was really knowledgeable about lots of various products and the store policies. I’m normally pretty nervous shopping and she made me feel really comfortable.

The guy with the long curly hair clearly hates his life. I get it that don’t people have bad days but he has been unpleasant literally everytime I’ve been there. Makes me not want to go to this location and drive the extra miles to waterworks

Not a lot on shelves of hair products I wanted that were on sale. Seems to always be the case at this location. My chances seem to be 50/50 here of getting what I'm looking for. Wish they'd make better effort to keep products stocked! It's frustrating!

I was hoping that I could get some help finding the perfect match of foundation; Well I went to the store and tried to find someone to help me and when I asked it seems like no one had time. So thank God I was able to find a good match by myself. Overall I was disappointed in the service.

Please train your sales people whom ring you up to be friendly. My color is so dark. I look strange. I have tried washing it but it’s not helping. I’m so depressed. I don’t look right. No one returns my calls. I’ll never cone back.

Spent $500 for human hair extensions and $500 plus tip to install. I was told the extensions would last up to a year. I changed my hair color and wanted to get the extensions lightened to match my summer hue. I was told that I could not dye or bleach the hair. I bought human hair for the sole purpose of having them a long time and being able to change the color. I took them to another stylist and she told me the extensions were synthetic and could not be lightened. So now I have wasted a large amount of money and Ulta will not exchange or refund my money.
