I've been to this location many times and the staff are always super friendly and helpful. Yes, of course there is a wait sometimes, but once you are with someone you get great, fast service.

The staff here are very nice and patient... even when the ups software craps itself for the xx teenth time and there is a line out the door. They usually seem to have a good repertoire with each other which in my experience means decent management. The store has an Amazon return/ups prepaid kiosk which is fantastic as you don't have to wait in the main line.

Went to this UPS store today and the guy and girl working there were so nice and efficient while still having fun enjoying their jobs laughing and joking with each other it's refreshing to go to a business where the people aren't miserable and unhelpful definitely a great experience!!

I spent a whole hour talking to an employee, a curly long-haired man. I asked to send 3 paper parcels, he simply did not want to deal with it and behaved aggressively, I always sent parcels without problems and then he started making excuses, like on Monday via USPS it would be convenient and I'm not lying to you. It would have been better to say that I don't want to and that's it, I don't understand why I say all this and react aggressively.

The female counter lady this afternoon went above and beyond with great assistance with me and assisting with my phone to send package. It’s nice to see staff like that do a great job.

Every time I come here to ship something with a prepaid label their scanner does not work. The employees are rude, condescending, and refuse to help. I’m not going to drive all the way home and reprint the label because they’re too lazy to type in the numbers in the store, or print me a new one, since I’ve already paid for it. I hate going to this place. They are throw around and slam packages clearly marked fragile and are generally incompetent.

i forgot to ask her name but a worker with curly long hair helped me with my returns when i was struggling and was very patient and kind. give her a raise she was cool!

Went in on a Sunday morning 10/6/24 the guy working was helpful and nice, got the job done quick for me as I needed front and back side printed menus on the spot. I was in the store for a total of 10 minutes. Great service, dude needs a raise.
