I went to the UPS Store on the South Side at 6:32 PM because Google listed the closing time as 7:00 PM. There was a line, so I waited. A male employee walked to the front door as if to lock it, then asked what I came in for. When I said I needed to express ship a document, he told me there was no guarantee I would be serviced and that the store was actually closed at 6:30 PM—even though it was listed as open until 7 PM. He also said the carrier had already left so my document wouldn’t ship until the next evening.
The employee was rude from the start, dismissive, and even walked away mid-conversation. Because of the conflicting information and his poor attitude, I left without mailing my document.
If the store closes at 6:30 and cannot accept express shipments after the carrier leaves, the hours online need to be corrected. The lack of professionalism and inaccurate information made this a very frustrating experience.

Just like many other reviews for this location state, do not trust this store with your packages if they contain something worth stealing. The workers with steal your package and then claim it was lost and untrackable because the driver never scanned it on the truck. Apparently they use the same story for everyone else in these reviews as well. Sold my Louis Vuitton purse and worker stated she had to package it up in the back. I stupidly let her and that was the last time I ever saw my package. I asked to see security footage and they told me no and said they didn’t have to show me it, suspicious… filed a police report against them but the cops stated all they could do is wait. Eventually they cut me a check for $300 which was a penny compared to what the purse was worth. Do not go here. This place needs investigated seeing I’m not the only one.

For the registered nurse license, I made an appointment and I was in there about 20 minutes. They said it takes up to 2 weeks to get that information back. I've had many sets of fingerprints done before and been to this specific UPS store many times and Lilac helped make my experience better. She was very clear about the next steps and very patient with my dry fingers.

My experience with this office has been exceptional. Even on the busiest days, the team remains professional, efficient, and caring. I’ve received my receipts promptly and haven’t had any issues with fingerprinting or packages.

Sent 1000 worth of goods back to Amazon and it didn’t somehow make it. They would not let me tape the box in the store which was highly suspicious to begin with = said they would take care of it and almost insisted I leave the store. I stupidly trusted the employee although in the moment my gut told me something wasn’t right. I am now amazed at how many other reviews indicate the same. The police should investigate this store as well as UPS corporate. I called to speak to the manager today and did not receive a call back.

A worker at this store stole my package containing my phone return. She pried and kept asking what I was mailing that had a lithium battery warning label. I stupidly told her I was returning my phone and immediately knew I made a mistake. My cellphone was scanned in while I was there handing it over and never made any further shipping progress. Later on I got a notification that my phone had gotten turned on again, confirming what I already knew. I would not recommend trusting this location with your packages.

Great service every time I come here to print, especially from the thin fellow with the beard. I have been to FedEx, Minuteman, and Staples in the area and I prefer this UPS store to all of them for the service and price. That said, their paper cutter doesn't work and it would be nice if it did.

I went in today after learning the hard way that it’s a holiday and USPS was closed. I have never in my life needed a state issued photo id to mail a package. Ever. Nowhere was this posted in the store. And instead of letting me send my stuff and bringing my id back later or looking at a photo of my id (I had my Pitt id and my credit card and they had my file on their computer pulled up).
On top of that, about 3 or 4 staff were just standing around staring. So I included them in the conversation, one of which suggested I go to FedEx.
So instead of doing business, they decided to make life harder. They were condescending. They were unreasonable.
They didn’t care that I was on limited time. While their job isn’t to make someone’s day, shipping a box should not include this level of stress. It just shouldn’t.

12/20/2024 9am the fingerprints person busted in rude saying f today under his breath my appointment was at 910 I'm sure it won't happen at that time cause it's 909 as I write this. I understand it's snowing out but he was so off putting to think he's gonna hold my hand for fingerprints is really sad

Absolutely amazing service this past weekend for a print job I needed done ASAP. They went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed AND with a quick turnaround time. Highly recommend for amazing customer service & any printing needs!

Had an appointment for fingerprints and the service was awful. Nick kept telling us to come back at a certain date and time yet when we did come back he just found a new excuse to tell us to come back later. If you don’t want to work take some time off instead of wasting customers time for 3 times in a row.
