The two men at the front desk, Dave and another guy were very unprofessional towards me. From the minute I walked in they were cocky, unpleasant and disrespectful. But the real issue is they refused to give me a package I was there to pick up even though I showed them numerous forms of ID and provided them additional ways to verify my identity. They were clearly just making my life difficult instead of using common sense. Our business moved locations last year and we did away with paper business cards and they won’t accept any other way to verify the address, which is so outdated. They need to get with the times at UPS. I have never had issues like this at FedEx. FedEx is wonderful comparatively. This is why everyone hates UPS.

Very fast! You walk in, go to a terminal, key your shipping info in and print out a label you take to the counter, hand it to the clerk, pay, and you're done. A lot faster than the USPS! This center charges a lot less than the UPS Stores because it is not a franchise.

Staff here are *amazing.* I had ordered a pair of earrings for wedding however due to shipping delays they would not have been delivered in time (they were timed to arrive a couple hours after the ceremony started). I had talked to the front desk (specifically Tim) who was so kind and made sure that I had my package in time by holding it aside for me and coordinating to have me pick it up first thing in the morning. I could not believe how above and beyond everyone went to help with the special day. Thank you so so much!

I contacted the corporate location, that really is not and a woman named Sandy, refused to help. I gave the tracking number and she said that it is not a tracking number but when you click on it it goes directly to their website and gives updates on the package. Unfortunately their virtual assistant is worst. I thought UPS was a outstanding company, not!!

My package was apost to be delivered between 1145 and 2 it is now 539 and no package yens are the slowest delivery company I ever delt with Amazon tells u a time and it's there at time they tell u I will never have anything shipped by UPS ever again I give 0 stars if I could u all don't deserve a1 star
