Tyler was very friendly and this entire experience was much more pleasant and cheaper than using the FedEx store down the road. I was literally insulted at FedEx and at UPS I get great customer service!

I made an appointment on 4/11/25. I took the day off . I needed my fingerprints done. I walked in the store and told them. Their answer we aren't doing them . Why,because the store was being remodeled. The girl that greeted me in a round about way said I could not have made an appointment,almost like calling me a liar. So I showed her the screen shot of my appointment date and time. So after taking the day off , and driving 45min I COULD NOT HAVE THEM DONE. IM ANGRY AND UPSET. Wish I could give no stars or minus stars.

I had an outstanding experience at The UPS Store thanks to TJ! From the moment I walked in, TJ greeted me with a friendly smile and immediately offered assistance. They were not only knowledgeable but also patient as they helped me with my packaging and shipping needs. TJ went above and beyond to make sure everything was done efficiently, and their positive attitude made the whole process smooth and enjoyable.
