Their hours are horrible. I tried to go twice today to drop off a package. First at like 930 AM, then again in the afternoon. I arrived just after closing time at 338PM and there were three people in there who would not even make eye contact with me. All I wanted to do was leave my package. It was all taped up and ready to go and they wouldn’t take it.

I love this ups store, people who works there are very helpful and kind,I had many situations where I need it help,and they did everything they could to help me.and Im grateful for it. To me they deserve 10 ⭐️ ☺️

I took my package to this store after my awful, documented experience with Miserable Tedd at the McKnight Rd location. These fellas were courteous and efficient! It took longer to park the car than time in the store. All the stars for the crew at Bill Green’s and Tedd can go play in traffic.

I have been going to the UPS store in Bill Green Shopping Center for years The employees are so kind . I seem to deal with Ashley alot. She goes above and beyond in helping you .Through all these visits , I am amazed at how busy Ashley and all the staff are constantly!!! But they still take time for each person’s needs with patience and kindness .They all need to be acknowledged, recognized , and Thanked.Job well done !!Sandi Como

I arrived with three extremely large boxes - suitcase returns - and you helped me bring the boxes in, retaped every box, patiently waited while I dug through my many many emails to find the return labels to emailed and printed out - - all with a smile on your face. You treated with me the utmost kindness and respect - you are a true professional and a great Ambassador to the store and to the UPS brand. Again, thank you, "T"!!

The staff at this location are dedicated and hardworking. Honestly, they're the best (and only good) part of the experience. So I thank them for doing their best!However, I have to say, I have come to just general dislike the business at the UPS Store locations in the region all together despite the best efforts of their hardworking employees.I honestly don't know what the issues are, but it feels like something managerial. Every time I visit a UPS Store in the region, there are problems. Boldfaced, immediate problems that aren't the fault of the employees there.From scheduling errors, to mixups with service availabilities, to even just discrepancies on the side of billing. Never mind the fact that any time I go inside, there is only ever one employee working. That's not the employees' fault, not by a longshot.Really,, I think whoever has the power should really take a long look at their business model, and question what sectors they actually want to have business in.I had previously resigned myself to "this is just how things are, I can deal with it." Though now I find myself genuinely looking for business alternatives, out-of-county, over twenty miles away, with gas prices at an all time high.That was when I realized "oh, maybe things actually aren't just like this." And it's a real statement for how easy the competition has it.A real shame.
