Helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a label printed out. Very easy process to forward the email, and the attendant printed the label easily and quickly. The $2.35 fee for printing the label was not mentioned until after printing. Lesson learned.

Joey and Kym were so amazing! I ship from ups frequently and this location was awesome customer service! They truly went above and beyond to make sure the price of my packages were accurate and that they were packaged safely! This location is a little bit of a drive for me, but totally worth it!
