I have been several times at the store, and every time I had a bad experience with the staff. Apparently having a customer in the store is an inconvenience, since they need to stop playing with their phone at the back of the store. This is not the first time, we had a bad experience at the store. Today, the lady at the front desk was extremely rude with my 3 years old daughter, which in my opinion totally unacceptable.Reading the reviews, I am not the only one who had a bad experiences with the staff at this location, I would suggest to perform some training or take more serious decisions.

I sent a package to Texas containing a few food items that are exclusive to Pittsburgh. It was not packaged well by UPS. One of the contents burst during the shipping and arrived scattered within the box. Perhaps, I should have packaged it myself, but I thought that the professionals would be able to handle it and not just place the items loosely in a box without cushion. Unfortunately, I was wrong. UPS sent it to its destination in a timely manner but did not put much care in the process.

They are dependable. The store I go to has been so helpful with providing shipping info re size of box vs $, delivery schedules etc.

Don’t expect them to answer their phone. Or return your messages. I called twice last week in regards to an Amazon return I dropped off - got no return call. Went into the store to inquire about the item , and of course , they knew nothing about it and advised it was “probably” returned to Amazon.

I recently was dog sitting for a family whose daughter left her homework behind resulting in it needing to be shipped overnight. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. They explained the earliest time available, as well as pricing. They were so busy but still remained kind and thorough. I can not recommend a better UPS location with such lovely staff.

I was at this store today. And I had a bad experience, the lady was very rude. I wanted to get some copy and I asked her to help me because I didn’t know how to use the printer and she gave me that bad face expression and she let me wait for 10 min, that’s unprofessional.10/23/2023 at 2:30 pm

This place is the worst customer service possible on July 6th someone that I care for and love was completely disrespected to the point where the person was smirking at her while another person hid in the back not to help her think about that someone smirking like a child and someone hiding the back not to help her. Associate immediate helped, didn’t seem bothered, and didn’t give me a hard time about anything. This has not been my past experience with any UPS store so I’m glad to find one.

I wanted to send Verizon equipment back to Verizon and the person working the desk would not help me, was extremely unfriendly and should be fired. This was on July 20, 2023

I have been a customer at this UPS store only one time, and my experience was quick and easy. I returned an Amazon package, and the employee promptly scanned my Amazon return code and applied a label to my package. Later in the day, Amazon said that my return was complete, and they gave me a credit to my account.

This UPS store currently has hours of morning through evening from Monday through Saturday. Its services include copying, printing, packing, shipping, mailboxes, notary, shredding, scanning, and faxing. So far, I have used this business one time. On a Saturday, I arrived at the store as soon as it opened for the day. An employee unlocked the doors and let me inside the store. The employee immediately asked how she could help me. I had a large package to return to Amazon. The employee immediately scanned the return barcode from my Amazon email. She then applied a label to the package and gave me a receipt. The entire process lasted less than one minute! At the end, the employee told me to have a good day. Later that day, my Amazon account said that I had store credit on a gift card that was credited to my account.
