Trash they have done this numerous times. I had a package from California comeing. This office is 5 mins from my house and for some reason instead of holding it or sending it to my local post office they skip my package and now my package is leaveing pittsborgh. Last time this exactly happened and it leaves pgh and goes to ind. And sits there for days until someone either steals it or if your luck you'll get the package a week late if you get it at all I'm done it time to give my money to fed ex or ups USPS is absolute trash only use them if you have too they don't give a crap about your package oh and my mailman always puts my mail at 322 I live at 332 I guess they can tell the difference in a 3 and a 2

You use to have to pass an aptitude test to work at the post office!!?!? It seems like they allow anyone to work there now! They probably couldn’t even pass a reading test! I signed up for that informed delivery, big mistake! Now I only get a picture of my mail! Not the actual mail delivered to me 🤦🏽♀️ My first mortgage payment was late because I never received the statement. I ordered college transcripts, that I had to pay for! I never received them! I did receive a picture stating it would be delivered over a month ago, but it never made it to my house! And no one can do anything about it because there’s no tracking number on your mail!
Also received someone else’s mail that’s in an entirely different zip code than I live in! I left it on the mail slot for the mail carrier to take and they never took it back! So I had to go drop it off at the post office! IDIOTS!! INCOMPETENT!! I have to do your job for you that you are doing wrong!
Update: June 3, 2025
Continues to deliver mail to my house that has a different address on it! I wonder if my mail is sitting at someone else’s house!

Ok I live 40 minutes away from this facility and my package is still not here after almost a week tracking says it’s in transit and I paid first class smh wtf is going on ?

This place is a joke and needs shut down how hard is it to look up a zip code if u don't know where the hell the mail is to go 3day shipping n it's been going around in a circle come on usps do something about this crap

Package is late. As usual. For the fifth time. What can you expect at this point? I'm not going into details. I'm just leaving this review here. I doubt it will do anything, but if there's even a 1% chance that this can maybe force the people here to hire more competent people, then I have to at least try. I work a job that doesn't pay much, either, and even I don't act this incompetently at it.

Mine as well bring back the good ole stage coach. Certainly the mail will get to you faster than depending on these folks.
They sent two packages almost across the USA in one week 🫠

Zero stars. Had a package come from LA California to this place and only supposed to be delivered less than an hour away to my home but my package was routed to Springfield Massachusetts then to Connecticut then to Indianapolis then back to Pittsburgh. What we have here is a building full of illiteracy!! This is a fact!!! I’ve seen 27 yr olds who are working for corporations that admit they cannot spell not one word!! They’ve had spell check all their lives in school and admitted not being able to spell anything. This is what our education department is doing to these kids!! The post office needs to abolish the delivery of packages and stick to envelopes. Let the educated adults like ups or fedex deliver the packages because clearly these people cannot read write or spell. I can’t wait until doge heads to the usps. Bring back the aptitude tests in order to work for the usps. This has happened to me many times and now before I order from any company online I will see who they use for shipping. If it’s the usps I will not order from that company. I’m done with the stupidity and illiteracy of these govt agencies!! I guess to whoever sent my package to Massachusetts I guess the word Pennsylvania looks almost as long of a word as Massachusetts but duh the letters don’t look the same. See we have the letter M and the letter P!! Can you see the difference? See how the M has strait lines with two angled lines and the P has one strait line and a curved line. Who am I kidding. You have no idea what an angle even is. 🙄

Absolutely the worst ever. I can't wait for the day that USPS gets shut down and all their useless employees lose their jobs. I paid for 2nd day air of a live fish to get delivered. After 5 days of nothing being updated, it arrived at the Pittsburgh distribution center. The next day it got delivered to my house, and the fish was dead... Completely unacceptable, especially when the box has a sticker on it saying that there is a live fish in it. When you're paying hundreds of dollars for a fish, only for it to arrive dead because of the USPS negligence, it is completely unacceptable... I didn't pay for 2nd day air, only for it to get delivered in 6 days. There is no excuse for their ignorance and negligence. Very disappointed...

Absolutely unacceptable- I had a package send to me that was supposed to be OVERNIGHTED. I’m now going on day 3 of not having it. I call this distribution center bc it’s been there since 9:35 am, and they tell me I need to wait until tomorrow (day 4) bc once the trucks are already loaded in the morning, the do not send out anything that comes in after they leave. Mind you I only live 20 mins away from the distribution center.

Any time I’ve gotten a package through usps it’s nothing but bad experiences they take longer and longer every single package I order even the delivery drivers are starting to dilly dally and take forever now but to the point I go on vacation tomorrow it’s now Thursday said I would be getting my package Wednesday and still no update on what’s goin on been sitting in this Pittsburgh facility as always and it got into Pittsburgh on Wednesday morning at 1 am no way I couldn’t have gotten it then it’s Fourth of July today so I can’t even get it now it’s gonna sit outside my house for 7 days while I go on vacation and it’s gonna get stolen so yeah thanks usps for sucking so bad
