Echoing recent reviews, the customer service here is unfortunately both consistently and deliberately poor. The woman working here will overcharge on routine mailing transactions and sometimes even make snide comments.

Miserable clerk. Easy Post office to work at yet the lady clerk is really not a customer service person. Maybe it was her time of the month. Also be warned: the post office charges extra if they print a shipping label. She could have told me this. I only asked her to weigh the envelope to see how much the postage was. I did not ask for a shipping label. I had plenty of stamps that could have been used. If she doesn't like her job, maybe she should work somewhere else. She looks like she is in her 30s and I cannot imagine her lasting it out until her generous retirement, which would be at the age of 55-57. If she or the post office reads these reviews, tell her that no one here wishes her ill will. We just want the small courtesy of pleasant customer service, which we all will surely return in kind. I hate to say it but there was a guy who worked there who was an absolute joy. I think he retired.

Very rude lady in the front. She is consistently unhappy for some reason. Rushed me out of the post office today because it was almost lunch time.
*So please before you stop by here make sure to call in just to check if it’s ok for you to come by, we don’t want to upset her by trying to mail something

This location is NOT HANDICAPPED ACCESSIBLE. Poor service with a perpetually grumpy staff person (always the same one) every time I've been in there.

Completely terrible service at this location, never no one wants to come to the front and help people, the lady working there is so rude, if you don't want to work in customer service then just get another job somewhere else

I live nearby here. The woman that works at the desk is rude consistently. I ask questions about how the mail works. She either doesn’t answer or gives as little information as she feels is necessary, which isn’t enough a lot of the time. I don’t acknowledge it because I don’t want her to retaliate by messing with my mail. But come on man. Just be nice to people. I get nervous when I have to go there.

I'm sorry but the woman working at this Lawrenceville location at 930am on 8/31/23, wanted to charge me $250 to ship my package, this was after a $60 estimate at another location. She looked at me like I was holding her up and the way she looked at the package, I knew there was no way it costs that much. Ended up costing me $33 at the squirrel hill location.Both places I asked for the cheapest way for delivery.

It's with a sad heart that I leave this review. Neil was our mailman here in Lawrenceville for years. His service to the community was outstanding. Just when you think public service hasn't much to offer along comes someone like Neil. He never missed a beat. He stopped faithfully everyday even when there was no delivery just to check and make sure that I didn't have any outgoing mail. I've shipped many boxes out over the years to my customers and he never complained, but lightheartedly joked with me about them. He deserves a 10 star review, but this site only allows for 5. Thanks for all your years of dedicated service and the parting bear hug. I truly will miss you. Peace, Phoenix Boutique.

I went to 2other USPS locations and this was my 3rd one the employee at this location was the only person from all 3 who knew what she was doing so thank you young lady.

There's a man i dont know his name, but he looks prior military and he is always on point. The post office is small but they are trustworthy and I never have a problem there. Helpful and my items always gets delivered.
