Refused to accept Cash to buy stamps! Bloomfield office federal failure.

This was the cleanest USPS store I've ever seen. Rikki, shout out to her! She was great, lovely, very welcoming, and definitely cared more about my packaging than I've seen others do.

Horrible service and thieves. Mailed out 3 packages I already paid for and 2 of them never got scanned in??? Tell me what else can it be other than stolen?
Went there 3 days later giving them benefit of doubt to check if they might have any updates. But NO, they first denied the packages were shipped by them, and when I showed proof of tracking with the only one that got scanned in, they repeated “all packages go out everyday” for 3 times as if I don’t understand the words. I simply asked if they might have any clues or suggestions and they acted all in denial and wouldn’t even check their warehouse, why? If 2 out of 3 packages were lost starting here, what are the odds they didn’t steal them?

My package was showing as delivered 6/2 but wasn’t, assuming someone possible stole it from my porch but still opened a USPS inquiry. Ray tracked down the package and personally delivered it all in less than 8 hours!

One of the best places before, but now the ABSOLUTE WORST! IN MORE AAYS THAN 1.
The last few times I been there they denied my packages even tho they were prepaid labels. Siting that they didn't have enough bins for my packages.
I am a 15 year eBay seller and never have dealt with the racism that I've encountered here. I've walked in numerous times and been denied because lack of space to accommodate 10 packages I already paid for.
How can you deny service when it is paid in full? Telling me to travel to other locations is out of this world.
I'm not even sure what they are doing is legal. I've been treated ridiculous and denied service when others were given service after me based on color and I'm just appalled in 2025.
Today they locked the doors as I was approaching with 5 minutes to closing after they accosted me yesterday telling me I can't mail at this location and that's just not in any kind of service contact I agreed to.
So now as I write this there are 3 people standing here not able to get in. This is our tax dollars at work and denying service based on race and convenience

Shout out to the mail team at the Bloomfield Post Office! They were professional and prompt when locating a package with the wrong address. The incorrect address on the label was all me. I thought the package was lost, but the manager and team were able to locate and hand-deliver it.

I only go there cause it's close to my home. The one woman is extremely rude and won't even stamp fragile on a package that was fragile. Customer service there is terrible its so bad I may consider driving 15 more mins to go elsewhere.

We love this post office branch! The people are very friendly, and very helpful. We have our business in Lawrenceville and use the small post office there only when needed. The Bloomfield Post Office is by far our favorite in Pittsburgh.

I hate this post office. They say item out for delivery. And it doesn't show up. Happened every time we have a package delivered. I really hate lies. And this Post office.

I don't understand the low reviews, I've never had a bad experience here. Sometimes there is a line, then I just wait my turn. Plus they are open until 6pm. Can't beat it.

staff has always been friendly and professional, and even with long lines they tend to move people through efficiently. that said, i tried to drop off a package this morning, waited towards the back of a line outside for several minutes, and when they still weren’t open at 8:40 i had to leave so i wouldn’t end up late for work. i’m not saying this to be vindictive or to shame them or whatever, stuff happens, just to share that you might be wasting your time if you arrive at 8:30 on the dot

Open envelopes and missing gift cards in a well packed mailer. My post office says it was scanned upon delivery to my kid’s (single family) home.
