Worst post office. I brought a package with pre-paid shipping from ebay on June 14. Now this is Monday June 17. Their tracking says awaiting for package. This is an important item I sold to a customer in ebay. No wonder usps is going broke. Terrible service and even worse communication. I can't even file a claim

I had to use the post office twice in the last two days for our business as our third-party vendor just abruptly shut down. David was absolutely amazing and helped me tremendously and is the best!

Impatient, rude before you even speak, and unable to do their job. Unable to offer any amount of aid or service. Front desk worker is clearly mentally unfit for any service job.

I should have listened to the other reviews on here, as I left this place feeling humiliated, disrespected and rushed out. As a customer service worker myself her behavior was inexcusable and I really truly recommend others not go here unless you like public humiliation.I began by complimenting the lady at the counter on the pretty hat she was wearing. Unfortunately her hat was much more pleasant than she was. I had to repeat myself 3 times that I did not need stamps, I had them, to the point another worker chimed in to fix the misunderstanding. During this she was very rude, short, and treating me as if I was dumb.I was immediately greeted with flustered confusion and snappiness when I had a question about my package as I was unfamiliar with the process. I was stared at the entire time in silence when I had to fumble with my belongings to get my things together. I mentioned something twice incidentally as I tend to forget and she rudely went "Yea you already told me." At the end she was obviously trying to rush me out as she spoke so quickly about the finalization I had to ask her to repeat, to which she said the exact same speed still not understanding. I just paid and left without asking again.I will never be here again, and while I know it means nothing to the workers here since Im just another customer, I hope it means something to others out there to avoid an awful encounter.Go to the post office at Wabash st. If you want a normal pleasant experience
