The women who works the counter is extremely rude. That was the first time I was at this post office to pick up a package and she acted like it was the biggest inconvenience for her while she was chomping on her gum and rolling her eyes at me. Hopefully will never have to go back there ever again

Look, I give everyone a chance or two to make up bad service, but I’ve reached my limit with the rude woman who works at the counter. She constantly complains they are short staffed, but that’s no reason to be rude to customers, throw packages, storm off in a fit of anger, or YOU NAME a RUDE BEHAVIOR and she’s don’t it. I usually can use the self service, but dread when I have to go to the counter. How is she the best option? The Postmaster obviously isn’t doing his/her job if this woman is working there.

Totally nonsensical traffic pattern and location of drop mail boxes. Causes havoc and high likelihood of a crash. You have to use a parking spot to turn around, there's no loop.

Post office worker Laura is extremely rude and unprofessional. I will absolutely be calling USPS to file a formal complaint against her. I will drive farther to avoid this specific location in the future!!!

I was there today right before closing with a very long line. I understand the lady was tired, but she was so angry and didn't respond a simple question so half of thw line including me have prepaid packages that we just wanted to leave somewhere safe and leave. However, she didn't answer my question and we had to wait half an hour to just go to the registrer and lwave o wur packages and go. That was absolutely unacceptable.

I've been shipping items to clients for years and for the first time forgot to put the label on a package. I truly thought the item was a goner. Upper Saint Clair was able to get the package back to me the next day, as the packaging had an old shipping label addressed to me on it, but hidden. I think this is an example of going above and beyond, as they could have easily tossed the packaging aside. It honestly made my day to get that item back. Love my mail carriers and have never had an issue at the actual post office location.

Why can Amazon deliver packages to the main door of a house yet the USPS only delivers to the garage door and only where car tires are highly likely to run over it? I'm guessing everyone knows the answer.

I always wondered why people disliked post office so much, well I got my share of experience today. I visited this PO to pickup a certified mail, I reached at 1:05PM on a Saturday. Post office is closed, employee (let’s say KAREN) still in the lobby fixing something. I was rudely notified that PO closes at 1PM on Saturday, well the slip I received shows 2PM. I showed the slip and made my point to KAREN. She went off letting me know timings on PO door are correct timing. I’m late, blah blah blah. I calmly requested her that if she could help me as she was still in the building and it was just past 1PM. I also requested her to inform higher ups to change the slip for correct timings. Wrong suggestion!! She went off again, PO timings have changed to 1PM since COVID, they not going to update timings on slip blah blah..Well there you go! I had my share of rude behavior and no sense of customer service. PO is using WRONG stationary for 2 years and no open bothers to correct the error. If you request, you get yelled at. Why do people think if they are loud they are correct?Tax payer dollars at work!! No wonder UPS, FedEx and now Amazon is kicking PO a**.Dear KAREN you are being funded my tax payers. Please learn customer service!! You are being paid to do a job.

They do not answer the phone. I put my package in the mail bin in the wall on Saturday labeled Priority Mail Express. Today is Monday and it still says via tracking "Label created, not yet in system". Why?

Very rude lady with the blonde short curly hair. Likes to make rude comments and asked me the same question 3 times and then proceeded to get mad at me. Won’t be back again. Then when I was leaving said I guess she doesn’t listen. Definitely should not be working at place with customers if you aren’t socially friendly. Thankfully the woman with the dark hair was much nicer and was able to explain things better.

The times I've been here, the line has gone by quickly and the employees were helpful. One time, an employee stood up for me. I was mailing care packages to deployed military and a vile woman in line complained loudly that I was taking too long. The employee laughed at her, which shame her and it made me feel better. He encouraged me and kept scanning packages unbothered by the snub. Win!
