The guy who works here is so rude to customers. I have witnessed this more than once. I was standing in line today and witnessed him being so terrible to another customer. The customer was kind and he was a jerk. I left and went to another post office because I didn’t want to deal with him. He needs to learn kindness and patience! He shouldn’t be face to face with customers!

Rob Roy and Juan are amazing ? I'm here almost every single day. They go beyond expectations to help me every single time! If you come in screaming and blaming them for your own mistakes expect to get back what you give. They are literally the two best people I've ever dealt with at USPS in 40+ years?❤️

This P.O continues to avoid a phone call to explain what happened to my package even though they had scanned it I am still waiting to see it. Clerk was extremely rude when I called back they NEVER ANSWERED and let the phone ring.. USPS extreme unprofessionalism

The absolute worst post office carriers,and desk staff that i've ever experienced in my life. Since 8/2020 I moved to this area, I've had so many packages, mail, and large envelopes missing. Informed Delivery helps a lot, however nobody is held accountable for these thefts.I get mail that never goes through the scanners, and comes from fraudulent entitles.If you have a problem and call the office directly, they are extremely unprofessional and rude.This Post office needs to be investigated by the United States Postal Inspectors, not local FEDERAL.I have had numerous mail Personal Identifiable information enclosed, and Envelopes opened and stolen. I have had packages opened and items missing, and quite many never showed up.There are numerous Condos, retirement homes, and apartment buildings that make us an easy target of Mail, Healthcare,Voter, and Identity fraud. Nobody does nothing to weed out the bad people working in and out of the Post Office and it's Unacceptable.

The staff is so welcoming and always eager to help here. There are so many negative reviews but I have never had a bad experience here. I'm usually in and out in less than 5 minutes.

One person working, line out the door.... ridiculous...And the woman at the counter is not friendly or courteous. She was downright rude to the older gentleman in front of me.

Over 2017 and 2018 about 50% of the time (3 times out of 6) I went for the PO box at 6am and the front door still locked. I wait until 6:10, then have to go around back and yell till someone working the back half-asleep leaves his post to open the front. I wouldn't be there at 6am if I didn't have real work obligations I have to get to (this post office doesn't have to deal with real world job survival like I do). I told them multiple times that they should just change their open hour to 6:30am since they can't get to work before then. Terrible. Note that I haven't tried in 2019 yet, so maybe things have gotten better. If not, time for a new general manager.

Poor package handling, rude counter service, and chronic misdelivery of mail. I get items that aren't even for my zip code. I'm usually a huge proponent of the USPS, but this is by far the worst postal facility I've ever dealt with. Go to the Castle Shannon office if you can.

If I could give less stars it would be more appropriate. Mail carrier regularly skips our side of the street, delivers mail to the wrong address, and does not leave packages.
