Our place of businesses mailbox is in the parking lot. Mailman won’t get out of his truck if a car is parked even a little bit close to the mailbox. He’s too lazy to get out of his truck and walk 2 ft to put our mail in. I believe he holds our mail to punish us. He writes on our mail telling us not to park near the mailbox. So our customers are not allowed to park in front of our business because the mailman is too lazy. Went to the post office and we were rudely told we were residential and he’s not to get out of his truck. We are NOT residential. We are a business. Very rudley told us he was just doing his job. So your mailman can write on your mail if they’re not happy where you’re parking.
We are a business and our customers should be allowed to park in front of it.

Clerk said my daughter’s address couldn’t be found in the system, even though I have found it numerous times myself using the kiosk. so she puts in some random address and tells me it’ll be OK, That they’ll use the address I wrote on the box. I had serious doubts, but what was I supposed to do? Well today I found out that it got all the way to the post office in Florida and they are sending it back because “ the address doesn’t exist”. Idiots! I’m livid. 😡

Taylor was super helpful. It was my first time applying for my passport and the process was just smooth sailing . She was quick and was also helping others while managing my application process. Great service ! I highly recommend this location .

There is always this incredibly sweet and positive girl named Taylor who stands to the far left—her presence instantly lifts my mood whenever I see her.
However, when I came in for my passport appointment to submit my documents, I encountered an unpleasant experience. Old lady (c) told me they don’t do fingerprints there. I explained that I was there for a passport, not for fingerprinting, and that I had a scheduled appointment. Still, she insisted on misunderstanding me.
I am fully aware that I speak with an accent, but no matter what kind of accent I may have, “passport” and “fingerprints” are not remotely similar terms. These are two completely different processes. She seemed so focused on not understanding me that it felt intentional.
I do speak clear English. No, I don’t sound like a native American speaker, and I don’t have to—but I do make myself understood. Yet she acted in a way that felt dismissive and even demeaning.
And I just wonder: What changed in her life by treating someone like that? Did it really make her feel better?
I’m giving this 5-star rating for Taylor.

Marie was very kind and efficient. She saw I was struggling over at the priority box stand and asked if I needed assistance. She called me over to the desk and walked me through everything with ease and I was in and out in no time. Easy peasy! Thanks Marie!

The worst post office I've ever been to. The rude lady working the night of 1/24 who wasn't willing to help out a PREGNANT LADY will be the reason that I NEVER ship USPS. Ups only from here on out! She needs fired.

The workers here have the biggest attitude problems and even worse service. Not a smile or a Hello! I ask for 2 very simple requests, nothing but mumbling, rudeness and they clearly don’t know how to say, Thank you. Why are tall so mean! No one was in there but me! Fire All of them and re-staff. This happens every single time I come here.
How many horrible reviews do you guys need before you do something about it!!!

I cannot speak highly enough about my encounter with Taylor. Taylor, if you see this THANKYOU!! Taylor took the time to go through a passport renewal with me step by step. She ensured that all was good to go, and even took a new passport photo for me to make sure it met the requirements. She took the time to explain pricing, gave me the proper tracking numbers and provided THE BEST experience I have ever had at a postal office. If you encounter Taylor, you will be in good hands! Thank you for the great service with shipping an item to my fiance in the military and passport renewal!

The postal office I’ve been dealing with is among the worst I’ve encountered. The supervisor and staff are consistently rude and unprofessional, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. There is always a line of 5-6 people waiting while only one employee processes the mail, leading to extremely slow service. The staff seems disinterested and unmotivated, further exacerbating the inefficiency. If possible, it’s best to use their mailbox for drop-offs to avoid interacting with the staff. Overall, it’s a frustrating and inconvenient place to conduct any postal business.
