USPS does not deliver mail to our address consistently. Weeks go by with no mail, while our neighbors receive theirs. Important documents and even checks have been delayed or misplaced. We’ve filed complaints, but nothing changes. It’s beyond frustrating to deal with a service that’s supposed to be reliable but fails at the most basic job — delivering the mail

We scheduled our passport appointment for my 7 month old (days ahead) and the day of appointment when we were on our way, they decided to cancel it. 10 minutes before the appointment they called and when we got to the facility, the front desk person just said that the passport guys left for the day.

Your employees are IGNORANT
You don’t need to reach over and select the buttons on the screen for customers especially with your “how was our service “ and select it for me .
Do not recommend coming to this location

Updating review, mgmt was very helpful and sincere regarding package delivery problems I called about. Any time I've gone in the people working there are fine, some other reviewers' complaints seem to be about usps policy these workers don't control. Hopefully the carriers that are making mistakes can get it together a bit.

After my 16 yr old daughter waited in line behind 4ppl for 15mins.. the lady at counter only processed 5 of the 9 packages, then told my daughter there is a limit on number of packages she can process at one time, and my daughter wld hv to get back in line and wait to process the other 4.
As I approached the counter, I told her wht she said was absolutely ridiculous.
We already waited 15mins behind 4ppl .. and now expected to wait again behind 6ppl ?! She didnt hv much to say to me except that she would finish my daughter's packages when done w person she already started.
Ridiculous.

In the last few days, delivered 2 different packages, 2 different senders, to the wrong address. One address doesn’t exist! The other, the person who lives there says they didn’t get it.
What is going on?

I have only been here once and have had 2 issues with them 1. Today: my partner accidentally left his lunch box on top of car before driving to work, as I was RUNNING DOWN THE ROAD I saw the lunchbox INTACT and as I was running some asshole in a USPS van PURPOSELY ran over the lunchbox and destroyed it (mind you as they SAW ME RUNNING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE ROAD TO TRY TO GET TO IT BEFORE THEY DID) and now I can’t even get ahold of anyone to try to report that. 2. Went in for a change of address and tried to use my ID which on the paper it said you can use it, the dude at the counter REFUSED to do the change of address using my ID even though I tried showing on the paper that it says that is acceptable but he argued saying that it does not.

I own a business locally so close to the post office I can hit it with a rock. Can't seem to get my mail I filed complaints for different times I may pick it up for a week or two and it's the same old stuff. Typical government workers can't do their job and don't care. Post office should be taking private and all these morons should be fired. They're the worst.

Terrible place to try to get a passport appointment. They will continuously cancel your appointment day-of because they apparently only have one unreliable person who processes passports.

Zero stars. No help from anyone at this USPS store, even though I was the only customer in there. I left and went to Bethel Park and I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Nothing like a customer service person talking 150 miles a hour, then gets annoyed when you ask her to slow down, enunciate and try being a little nicer!

Spoke with Jake from USPS Pleasant Hill, Regis Ave today. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and helped me locate my package. He also helped me understand the informed delivery process. I appreciate him and thank him.

If I could rate this location zero stars, I would. Hands down the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.
We took our child here to apply for his passport. We had an appointment, and while it’s true we arrived a little late, when we arrived, the one person who could help us was helping someone else anyway, so our late arrival doesn’t even matter in this instance.
The passport clerk was in a heated exchange with another customer who left angry because of her inability to communicate with nor help him. We waited and watched this for ten minutes.
Without even greeting us, the passport clerk then threw up her hands and shouted at us that we would need to reschedule BECAUSE IT WAS HER LUNCH BREAK, even though another employee told her we checked in and were waiting for a while, with our child there, to boot. She then stormed away from the counter and no one communicated with us about whether we should wait until after her lunch break or what.
When I asked how I might discuss this extremely awful experience with a manager, a male employee said he supposed he was a high enough rank to handle it - odd way to put it. He helped us reschedule at another location, and that was all he could do to remedy this experience. Give me a break! Unreal!
US Postal Service employees should be concerned about job security given the far more efficient and effective privately owned competitors (UPS, FedEx) but clearly are not because of the monopoly they have on services like passport applications. This experience was unbelievable and I cannot warn you enough to not use them for the passport application service. Ridiculous how terribly we were treated.
Luckily, we had a very pleasant experience at the Bethel Park location where they were kind, welcoming, and actually helpful with our son’s application.
I will never use this postal service location again. This woman should honestly be reprimanded for her terrible attitude and poor customer service. I can’t imagine turning away actual customers the way she did!
