Tori Shilts at Greentree worked with me, trading my 4 phones from AT&T to Verizon. We had a complicating time getting our phones traded but Tori worked through it.
My experience with Tori and Verizon was outstanding she didn’t leave the store until I got everything I needed! From the moment I walked in she worked with me ! I highly recommend going to Verzion and seeing Tori

The employees this location are above and beyond amazing. They have answered my numerous phone call to them since I have been treated so terribly by Verizon customer service. Even when the store is busy and they are a retail store, they still are happy to help me. After being at a point of complete mental breakdown from every department of Verizon wireless not taking one step to resolve my security and safety issues since June 2nd, Johnny B and Trevor told me to come on even though it was 8pm and they closed soon. They listened to my story of terror I’ve been through and found me a solution so I could finally feel safe again. They reassured me while I’m crying frequently that I would be ok and they empathized for my situation. I don’t think they truly know how blessed I felt for giving me pure kindness and compassion last night. The world needs more wonderful people like them. They saved my life truly! I wouldn’t have lasted a few more days in the state I was in. Johnny B and Trevor; myself and Kaze hold you in our hearts forever as remarkable souls

I have wasted so much time with this company. I was told I needed a new router so we went ahead and got one from them. We brought it home just to find out I didn’t need a new router. My router was fine the whole time there was an issue on their end. In the meantime I picked up a router at Verizon. They also apparently shipped me a router. I went to return the router they shipped me and they wouldn’t take it. They said I have to ship it back. I’ve wasted hours and hours because these people are wildly incompetent. Run away.

Shane, was very knowledgeable, friendly and saved us about $40 a month! He gave us information we didn’t know we needed, didn’t haggle us into extra services, but gave us extra info that will enhance our cellular experience! Not to mention he opened the door for us as he saw us walking up and made chit chat that wasn’t about the weather. Ask me about my dogs and my favorite shows and you’ve got my business. Ask for Shane!

Nick and Alec at your Greentree PGH PA 15220 location are the BESt !!! Any thing that I do not understand all I have to do is stop in and they always figure out my problems… Like I said they are the BEST !!

Dylan, Alec, and Kyle were incredibly professional. I had purchased a brand new iPhone 16 Pro that kept overheating, and I was understandably frustrated. These young men went above and beyond to help me get a replacement iPhone 16 Pro at no extra cost. I highly recommend this Verizon store to any new customers.

I was impressed and overwhelmed by Natalie Taylor’s positive attitude. How professional, knowledgeable, super polite and patient she is. Her positive attitude is contagious. She is very easy to talk to and I appreciate all her help and efforts with helping me with purchasing a new iPhone and iPad. She made sure without hesitation that I was given the best deal. I believe she is one of your high/top performers and one of the reasons for your success. She is setting high expectations for others to follow. I am more than grateful and believe we are all winners. She deserves kudos and not just a pat on the back. Thank you Natalie great job! I could feel your commitment to me, your assignment and to the policy of your company. You are amazing and I hope to see your efforts continue to exceed expectations. Also I want to thank Kyle Clomini for helping me as I follow up with my purchase of a IPad case, again such awesome communication and support. I had a super smooth process getting a new phone thanks to Alec! He was quick to let me know when my watch came in too and showed me the best deals for both devoces. Super nice and knows a lot about his craft too. 10/10 will be back!

Misleading sales is a practice at this location. I recommend going to a Verizon location vs this authorized dealer. However, If you choose to use this location be aware of the risk. My purchase price was not transparent until the end of the sale and was 100% higher than originally quoted. I bit the bullet and moved forward. Then, I get home to find out all of my subscriptions were cancelled. They upgraded me to a “cheaper” plan! Bait and switch. Manager gave me a take it or return it option. No empathy or apology for lack of transparency.

My family and I recently visited the Verizon store on Greentree Road to upgrade our 4 phones and add a 5th line to our plan. I have always found this process extremely stressful in the past, but Kyle, the rep who worked with us, was excellent and put me at ease. He detailed everything and answered all of our questions. I was completely impressed with his customer service and how easy he made the entire process. I highly recommend this Verizon store!
