Was actually tricked into getting an expensive plan. I was told, and clarified multiple times that the unlimited plan is going to be 55/month. The first bill has 60 dollars worth of activation things + 30 worth of additional charges. Never coming here for anything again.

ALERT: Predatory Behavior – BEWARE!
I could not recommend this Verizon store less. After leaving, I discovered multiple unauthorized charges and changes to my account that were made without my consent. Here’s what happened:
Water Protection – They added $30 for water protection to my already waterproof Apple watch WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
Verizon Protect – They added a $20/month protection service to my Apple Watch, despite this being available directly through Apple for only $4/month WITHOUT MY CONSENT.
Hidden Charges – They added "perks" to the other lines on my service plan, totaling over $40/month, after I had clearly stated multiple times not to touch my other lines.
Accessory Scam – I was told about a “Buy One Get One Free” promotion, but when I looked at my bill, multiple accessories were added at full price. The receipt was folded up and shoved into my bag without showing me the details, clearly hoping I wouldn’t notice. Begrudgingly, I accepted these accessories after accidentally damaging the box.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and feels like an outright scam. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE if you value your money and your time. It’s clear they’re more interested in taking advantage of customers than providing honest service. Extremely disappointed.

10/09/24 Selwyn was such a great help with my upgrade to iPhone 16 Pro getting me improved plans and saving money at the same time!

UPDATE 12/19/24 - I regret making the 10/09/24 review.
Rule #1 - NEVER rely on a salesperson to return your phone for you. A lesser phone was returned in its place and Verizon held me responsible for the cost of my iPhone 15 Pro Max it never received. Selwyn and other store employees "could not explain what happened", but I was held responsible for payment of the phone that was NOT returned as promised.
After two personal visits to the store and 3 calls to Verizon totally 3+ hours and a whole lot of frustration, Verizon credited my account the price of my old phone. Thank you Verizon, but no thanks to TCC Pittsburgh.
To make matters worse, Selwyn told me that Verizon had a promo and I could get a free iWatch 10 by trading in my iWatch 7. I turned in my old watch & received my new watch, but was not credited for the returned watch and installment payments were applied to my account. So much for a free watch! After another hour on the phone with Verizon Wireless, they did credit me for the value of my returned watch, but the installment payments remain.
Buyer Beware! Avoid TCC Pittsburgh on Centre Avenue for your mobile purchases. From now on, I'm only going to upgrade my phones and watches at Apple.

I will never use Verizon again. Go to Xfinitiy and pay literally half the price for 1gb internet before any promotions.
I signed up for Verizon Fios 1gb under the pretenses that I would be getting NFL Sunday Ticket. The agent literally wrote my account details on an NFL Sunday Ticket flyer and told me I should receive a redemption code in 1-3 days. He also told me since I’m an existing customer with mobile and military discounts my monthly bill should be reduced to about $45. Instead I got a Samsung Appliance coupon and a Spanish language Streaming service free for a year and was charged $99.
I called Verizon to get help with my issues, and after 7 hours of being transferred from department to department they told me the Sunday Ticket promotion expired 2 days before I signed up and there was nothing they can do but not to worry because I can enjoy Spanish Language television! Then they explained that even though I have the discounts applied to my account, it would be 30-60 days before they would activate.
Everything they offer you is a scam. They try to lure you in with big promotions but it’s to trick you into signing up for expensive plans that leave you paying way more than their competitors.
Hands down the absolute worst service I’ve ever had and after the way I was treated by their customer service I’m canceling both my internet and mobile plans after being a customer for more than a decade.

had to change review after the fact. found out after i got bill employee changed everything i did on line gave me the most expensive plan (i didnt want ) added every option n insurance plan again didnt want and did not give me my veterans plan. even after i verified through id me. after calling Verizon of course they was sorry for the inconvenience and my plan would be updated next billing cycle so instead of 60.00 month its 187.00. nope returning everything n moving on to at&t. depending on how returns go i may be possiblely filing a suit for deceptive business practices n possible criminal theft by deception n theft by unlawful taking charges. any one else this happened to at tcc Verizon on centre ave we mght have a class action suit.

Horrible experience upon walking in Michael told me “we will be right with u” while selwyn was assisting other customers Michael packed up his stuff and walked out and left me sitting here with no help and no other words… Selwyn was a great help multitasking with previous customer and also helping me with what I needed he goes above and beyond a pleasure to deal with

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!!! Absolute worst customer service of my life which is with all of Verizon, was hoping this storefront would be different. I am a new customer and have not had a working phone since switching to Verizon a week ago. I was told by phone customer service I would have to go into a store for a new esim. I go to this location and am met by the epitome of wet towel in human form. This person had the most serious case of flat affect I have ever seen. He did practically nothing and mumbled he could give me a new esim but I would have to pay him $35. I asked how as I am a new customer and it's their responsibility to make sure my new plan is working. He shrugged and said it's store policy. Granted I had left and was able to get better help elsewhere and my phone is now working. Turns out the individual shops have to make a quota every month so he was doing his due diligence in making it. Hope he gets it from someone else as he is not getting it from me!
P.S I visited this place on August 7th at approximately noon.
