Not a good experience. The employee was rude and not forthcoming with information about plans. Other employees had to "remind" her of some promotions and she seemed quite annoyed with that. My family member also had a very specific request which she assured him was in his package and low and behold it was not.

Worst customer service I’ve seen in a Verizon store. Side eyed by employees instead of being helped. Was not greeted, passed up twice for people who just came in.

Wow, seems to be a terrible queue system for helping customers. I wanted to buy a charger, knew exactly which one, and had to wait behind everyone with problems and buying new phones. Over 15 minutes I waited before I abandoned my purchase. I'll just order online. There weren't many customers, just problems that take a while.

Internet went out Wednesday. Could not come out till Friday to fix. Came on Friday did half if the job. Then sat at end of drive way till dark with the beeper going for 3 hrs. Just sitting there. The installer Keith Frank's said they were working all labor day weekend. He would be back first thing Saturday morning. At 2 in the afternoon we call Verizon to see where the guy is. They informed me that they couldn't come back to fix it till Tuesday now. Keith even left his personal phone number witch he won't answer. Asked to talk to the manager. They said that they were busy with another call and would call back within the hour. That was yesterday. I pay 400 dollars a month to this place and they don't have enough respect to tell me the truth. I am looking at other service providers.

After getting info from 2 stores and via the phone the CS girl could not explain our bill and just kept saying that's what it says on my screen. Of course it's not all her fault after speaking to a CS person for 30+ minutes there was supposed to be a phone waiting for me at the store. They had no record of it, turns out he just put it in the shopping cart and never finished the process! What a waist, more hassle than buying a car or house! Worst part is I have been with three carriers and they are all the same!

It can be handy to go to the store in person for some things. But be careful they will keep trying to upsell you on everything and even be sneaky about it. The salesperson that sold me a phone at this store added a monthly device protection charge without mentioning it to me.

I rate the people at this location 5 star, Verizon like 2 or 3 little stars.Short staffed, they still jump though hoops do what they can. Get good deals, tell us how to work the system, and explain any options when signing up. They are give the customer what they need, not just trying to up sell for max profit.Now if Verizon can get systems that work. Those deals don’t work as advertised, since the site just give errors. Still waiting for the deal when you bring your own device, if we can somehow push the magic button at the correct time:) It took bout 3 months of trying for the Disney bundle to work.

Waited for a half hour no one even spoke to me only four customers in store extremely poor service non existent. This occurred on 11/9/22 at 1900. The mall was empty no customer rush. I got more info from another customer who had been waiting

Do not trust the employees to know the details of any promotions or offers, or expect exceptional service for assistance. I was told by two in store sales reps and their manager I was eligible for a $500 Bring Your Own Phone gift card back at the beginning of August. Now in October I'm being told I was never eligible for it. Would not have made the account changes I did to pay more per month if it were not for that promotion. Terrible service calling in to the 800 number as well. Extremely long waits, reps who don't know the promotions either, and a general unwillingness to help.

Terrible reception. Tv sound goes off and on. Picture blanks out and on. Going back to direct tv. It's been over 3 months and they still have not buried the cable wire!!

Came to the store to upgrade my phone at 2:16 on a Saturday. Stood around until 3:22. I was then asked for the first time, “can I check you in?” I was told the wait time would be another hour and a half. I left. As far as I could see, there were three sales people total in the store helping three customers total for the hour or so I waited. I didn’t see anyone leaving, just a sea of customers not being helped. I can’t believe how awful Version treats it’s customers on every level. I went to the store after calling and being put on hold for over an hour without ever reaching a person. It’s always that way with Verizon. It’s amazing to me they can stay in business. Worse than the DMV.

I recently purchased a business in Bethel Park and needed to get the phone number ported. After hours on the phone with Verizon and countless visits to the store they told me they had it working and I had to wait two weeks to verify it worked, two weeks later I was in the store again with it still not working. After a few hours they advised it was good and I had to wait two weeks to verify again, well guess what still not working. Hours more on the phone and I was advised I had to go to the store again. This time there was a manager that knew what he was doing and got the phone ported immediately. This took over two months where the phones were not useable due to the fact that they were on landlines and not ported correctly, the landlines were no longer installed so there was not a single call made. Fast forward to a week after I open for business and my phone is shut off for non-payment during the time the phones were not operable (while verizon couldn't figure out how to port the line). I was assured by a customer service agent that the charges would be waived and no shut off would occur. I was then forced to pay $477 to get the phones turned on and no consideration of helping with the bill even though it was unusable during the time period I was charged for. I have never been more frustrated by a company than I am now and plan on moving over to another carrier as soon as I am able to.

The five stars are for Jhyla who assisted me with a billing problem. She went above and beyond for me and I greatly appreciate her help. As for Verizon, the experience I had changing to an unlimited plan (which I did last month) has me considering another carrier. And I have had Verizon for MANY years.

South Hills village mall Verizon store is the worst Verizon I have ever been to. They took out the self service kiosk to check yourself in and there was not even a person walking the floor to check anyone in. The same 2 people have been working with their customer for about 45 minutes. I have seen 4 other people walk out from the back room multiple times all carrying devices but not helping anyone. One guy decided he would start putting up cases and stocking the shelf and then disappeared in the back. STAY AWAY FROM HERE not worth your time.
