Update: after posting the reviews and emailing the customer group, I received the refund. I appreciate how quickly it was resolved, but still frustrating that it took multiple calls and trips to the store to resolve.Original review:This is easily the worst Verizon store and worst customer service of any store I’ve ever been too. I traded in my iPhone in June for a new model and $700 trade in rebate to be paid out over 2 years. It’s six months later and I’ve yet to receive a single rebate. I have called multiple times but there’s not a direct line to the store so I end up being rerouted through Verizon. After finally getting a store associate on the phone, the store claimed they don’t have the phone, but I handed it in the day of the upgrade. The employee that handled the transaction has since left and the store has made no effort to remedy this error. We have talked to the store manager who claimed she was going to resolve this issues back in October. I’m tired of having to fight against this store over $700. All iPhones have a serial number and can easily be tracked, but this store doesn’t want to put in the effort or believe a customer.

I went in this past Monday when my phone was not working at all. Hailey was so helpful, unfortunately she had to call Verizon customer service where the first lady was so rude she asked to speak to a manager 4x’s. We finally got another rep who put the manager on to help reset my SIM card. Hailey was very professional she understood I did not have the time or way to another store. Definitely for all my Verizon needs I will go to this store again! (If I wanted to deal with the rudeness of the customer service I would have called myself) oh wait my phone was not working!

Hailey is so great. She’s calm, kind, knowledgeable and knows how to effectively communicate with all of her customers. She runs the store herself, knows the ins and outs very well and cares about what she is doing. Thanks Hailey and Victra!

Do not go here, find another Verizon store. I preordered the new iPhone, was ultimately pushed to buy a new phone case from the store. A week later, I went to pick up my new iPhone, they state I would have to pay an additional 300 dollars, that was never discussed when I preordered in store. Now I have a 58 dollar phone case from this place with no phone. Find a different Verizon!

Bill was extremely helpful in getting me set up with internet on Saturday. He explained some special offers that were going on currently. So I decided to go back a few days later when Bill was working so he could set me up with a new IPhone. Very nice, friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend seeing Bill for your Verizon needs.

Bill was very patient with me in choosing a new phone, in getting my account fixed, and making adjustments to the phone. The next day he and Brad got the Google watch all set up to do what I needed it to do, especially since I had walked in determined to return it.

Avoid this place like the plague! They are NOT a "Verizon" store in spite of the big red letters on the side of the building -- they are a 3rd party vendor who screwed us over royally when we switched our cellphones back to Verizon a few years ago. Blonde chick working there talked us into wrapping the house line into the plan by switching over to VoIP and we were INUNDATED with spam calls which Verizon Wireless did NOTHING to stop! Wasn't till AFTER the fact that we found out they were NOT a corporately owned store! We have now switched the house line AWAY from Verizon Wireless because of how we were treated.... BUYER BEWARE!!!!

My husband had been to the store earlier in the day, so we had decided the plan we were choosing. Working with Bill was a the best experience, he went out of his way to insure we were happy with our choice.I had problems connecting my phone to my car the next day. Bill told me to come back anytime if I had a problem and he would help me work through it.Bill linked my phone in no time.You are very lucky so have such a wonderful person like Bill working for your company!
