Best experience I’ve had getting a phone ever. All of the staff that day was kind and patient with everyone who walked in, not just me. They were funny and helped me understand clearly what I was buying. I’m never going to any other Verizon store again!! This is the one!

Just had one of the best experiences we have ever had while getting a new phone. Steve stayed past work hours to help assist with the transfer to the new phone and made the whole process seem so much easier than what it really is. We were so grateful that we brought them some tacos from Condado. Thank you Steve!
