The facility and team are great. I like learning perfect form between the coaches monitoring my technique and on-screen displays. The heart rate monitors help me avoid over or under exertion. Even after measuring my membership to span in years, no workout has ever felt repetitive. Well done!

Because the workouts are always different so it doesn't become boring / routineI do wish they had a 10 AM class every day. Especially Friday. Would also like to see a noon Saturday class. My only complaint is they need to plug in a few more classes.

I absolutely love the HIIT classes at Volofit! The workouts are intense and challenging, but the results are worth it. The trainers are knowledgeable, motivating, and always push you to your limits. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, there's a class for you. I've seen significant improvements in my fitness level since I started attending these classes. The sense of community here is fantastic, too. Highly recommend for anyone looking to get fit and have fun while doing it!

I moved to Pittsburgh in midsummer 2022 and struggled to find a gym space that felt like a right fit. A month later I took my first Volofit class and haven't looked back since (over 100 classes in). Not only do the coaches and staff create a fun and inviting atmosphere, but the folks who take the classes are just as encouraging. The distribution of classes has also allowed me to take classes even on my most hectic days. 10/10 would recommend trying out a class ^_^

I love how the workouts change daily. The equipment varies per workout, so it never is boring. The coaches are great, and they have great playlists to keep you motivated!

Workouts are totally doable but also challenging and you can keep adding weight or reps to them. Nice to have a different routine every time. Staff are all knowledgeable. Helpful. Concerned. Friendly. Professional. Like what they do. All important. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Facility is clean and well equipped. I recommend for sure.

Volofit is the best! The workouts are amazing and differ each day, the staff is helpful and approachable, and the community is absolutely amazing. I get excited each day to do my workouts at Volofit, which is something I never experienced before!

I don't even have words to describe how much I love Volofit. I have never considered myself someone who could do a HIIT work out, and I was nervous for my first class. The moment I walked in the door, my nerves were put to ease by the welcoming staff and community of fellow clients. It has been a month now since I have joined, and I have never felt stronger. I thoroughly enjoy going to my workouts, and being a member of this community. We are led in class by the best coaches; they will help you modify when necessary, cheer you on, and push you to your fullest potential every minute of class. Join us! I promise you won't regret it.

Volofit has been open for a week now and I’ve attended 5 classes, I must say I’ve enjoyed every one of them.With the workouts constantly changing and not knowing what to expect keeps me motivated to keep coming back.So many variations of exercises with lots of different equipment; kettle bells, battle ropes, ergs, assault bikes, dumbbells, TRX straps, etc..And most importantly the coaches are very attentive to ensure your form is correct and that you’re getting a safe and efficient workout.Come in and see for yourself!
