Do not use this pharmacy if you need your medications. Very slow, never answer the phone, conflicting information from different techs, errors that make me have to call my insurance company multiple times and waste my time.
If you have any other option, use that.

Getting any kind of service from this Walgreens is always a hassle. I need to have my meds delivered and they drop the ball every time. When I try calling them I’m on hold for who knows how long and then the service rep answers then puts me on hold again without saying a thing sometimes! Before I know it I’m transferred to some other line that rings endlessly without explanation and no one ever picks up. I’d have to lose my place in line to call again. I just wanna know where my meds are.

It's just such a headache getting your meds here. They keep low stock and everything they do takes forever. A pharmacy is failing if they can't get people's meds to them on time. Consistently mediocre.

Chaos of a pharmacy. Did not have my usual script. Could not get it. Could not tell me if or when they could get it. When I finally found the drug at a different chain - they didn’t send the script.

Why say photos will be done at a certain time if they never are??? 3 times in a row. Manager couldn’t have cared less then talked about me as I walked away. Place is a disgrace. All employees kept using profanity also while kids were in the store

Had an issue with rite aid not getting in an asthma medication when they said they would have it ready and waiting for me. After several days of saying it would be in the next day, and me having only 3 days of medication left I called Walgreen to see what their estimated timing would be.We had a couple of hiccups but we got it worked out and I even got transportation care of insurance company w/o usual wait time. Am very happy, don't like to run out of asthma med, I like to breath.

Stopped for several small items only. Went to soft drink coolers and while walking along the front of the coolers noticed that there was a treasure trove of garbage on the floor between the doors and the shelves. A great many items of food that were dropped and never cleaned up...no doubt as long as the place has been in business. If I was a mystery shopper I had plenty to work with!! At the checkout there were a few people of color who were greeted pleasantly and told to have a wonderful evening as the departed. It was my turn and I am Caucasian proceeding to check out and not a word was spoken at all from her, not even a mumble. The patron behind me persistently let out hissing sighs of impatience and rolling his eyes at the cashier. It has not been my first experience in this place but it certainly my last. Very racially biased. And, from the looks of the cold food cases I would never dare purchase an edible item from there. Not into tolerating that type of behavior from ANY person or place of business!!

This location is pretty good. Not as good as it used to be, but good. They have a pretty good selection of things, but they did have several empty shelves and spaces that need to be refilled and their freezer has been broken for a while. The service was great during my visit yesterday. I can't lie, that surprised me. In recent months, that has not been my experience. Some of the associates have been rude and seemed annoyed. Because of that, I definitely do not go as often as I used to

NEVER go here. If I were you I would fill your prescriptions somewhere else. The staff is so rude to customers and they talk about you when you leave ( I was in line when they all started talking about the customer at drive thru and even her personal information and laughed about it ). There is a new pharmacy manager that will not fill your prescriptions unless you have insurance to pay for it. It is so bad here that a group of people met with a lawyer to take action. Don't even waste your time. Go to an actual real and true pharmacy.

This location isn't the best to fill prescriptions or order online orders, because when orders or online, they state a time for delivery to be at 4 PM and then will change order time to 6 PM and then you have no option to cancel but will have a pending charge... this isn't the first time that this location hasn't met time deadlines for online orders but also prescriptions too aren't filed in a reasonable time

They are the most unreliable drugstore I've ever seen. I have had to wait for multiple days for them to restock my prescription in my previous experiences. So be prepared for that if you are sending your prescription here.Also they say they close at 7, but it's a lie. I went there at 6:45 pm to ask for the price of a prescription and they said it's too late and they are already closing. I know 6:45 is very close to 7, but they should change their closing time to 6:45 if that is the time they stop accepting customers.
