Pharmacy is ridiculous. Prejudice shows when they don’t even acknowledge you standing in the line and takes other people before you. I’m standing right in front of the front desk now and no acknowledgement until I actually said something again… Pretty sad because I’ve been here before and the same situation where I was treated the same way. I didn’t come back in a while due to this, but thought I’d give them another shot. I hope they know/realize there’s more colored people moving to Pittsburgh. Also, order was not ready when I got the text notification. They marked it ready to stay within KPI. Never coming back here. DO NOT SHOP HERE/AVOID! Lol as I’m standing here, other people are getting Hi!, How can I help you? I got… NOTHING… Molly is new/nice/and learning.

My experience is usually very pleasant, it has an amazing pharmacy with very friendly tech staff. However on my last visit, I did not appreciate being followed and watched as I was browsing the store. The staff just stared and had the whole "hurry up and buy attitude." I felt uncomfortable and left immediately. Its unfortunate thats this still happens and it only explains further why online shopping has become more popular.

Appreciate the service of this pharmacy and staffs friendly, timely services. I wish I lived closer to this branch. I did infact moved my prescriptions from Rite Aid to local Walgreens after being with Rite aid over 6 years. They got lazy and staff turnover forced me out. I have new insurance through work which Walgreens didn't accept before. Now they do. Thanks to pharmacist and staff for everything yesterday, today and last month.

Despite only leaving a few bad reviews in my entire life, I believe this review is not only warranted, but prudent to warn people who may be considering using this pharmacy.I have been a customer here for approximately 4 years - getting a monthly prescription, every month, that costs $140. I pay for this in cash.I do want to point out that this pharmacy used to be excellent. There was a pharmacist (a gentleman that I cannot recall his name) who was polite, professional, and extremely proficient. However, since he left approximately a year ago, they have had a string a pharmacists that are average, at best. The overall attitude/morale is poor, and they are slower than previously.I was recently discriminated against at this location. It was extremely obvious, and totally unacceptable. As a staunch Libertarian, I typically would not complain about this, believing that businesses should have the right to do as they please. However, there are certain instances where it is not okay to discriminate, medical care being one of them.I will not name the pharmacist at this time, due to the fact that I am still unsure regarding the type of formal complaint I will be proceeding with. The pharmacist refused to fill my prescription with the reason being that the that the doctor who called it in has an address in WV, despite the fact that the doctors office is here in PA, just 15 miles or so from the pharmacy. This has never been an issue in the past. They were also arrogant, rude, condescending and looking at me like I was some type of criminal. When I asked how we could rectify this, so I could get it filled, they kept shrugging and giving me the same arrogant, rude attitude, stating that they had to talk to the doctor. I remained patient and polite. When it became obvious that they would not fill my rx (the offical reason being "we are cracking down on out of state scrips for certain medications" even though they acknowledged the doctors office was in PA) I stated that I had been a faithful customer for years, but would not be coming back. They again, shrugged, gave me a dirty look, and just walked away.I want to add that I do not believe my doctor or their office is at fault here in any way. My doctor, and their entire office and staff, is extremely professional and, in my experience, they know all the rules, and follow them.I believe that I was discriminated against not only due to the type of medication I was prescribed (their offical reason) but also because of my gender, and my ethnic presentation. The pharmacist then took umbrage at the fact that I documented their name. I stated that I would be filing a complaint based on discrimination and walked out. I suspect they profiled me as someone who is too "unsophisticated" to realize that I had been discriminated against. This is not the case.In summary (TLDR) if you value your pharmaceutical care, and expect basic decorum and respect as a customer (as we all should), I'd highly recommend seeking out a different pharmacy, one who holds their pharmacists to an actual standard of care, or at the very least, basic politeness and customer service.*To Walgreens, do not respond with one of your cookie cutter messages, as I am not looking for a "freebie" (nor have I ever in my life) or an apology. This is the type of situation that I believe requires training and/or HR changes to teach people not to discriminate (whether it be based on the type of rx & corresponding illness, their gender, color, etc) and basic customer service. To express my displeasure, I will simply not be returning to any Walgreens pharmacies or stores, ever, and neither will my family or friends.

My son had a allergic medical emergency at 9:55 PM the day before a holiday and I called the McKnight Rd./Seibert Walgreens to see if I could get the medication he needed, fully expecting them to say they were closed, as they closed at 10. The two gentlemen who were closing made an exception for me and stayed open till I could get there (10:08 PM). I was so grateful for their kindness. They saved me from the worry of having to make a midnight trip to the ER!On another occasion I had come to pick up a photo order I had placed but the order was still printing and would still take another 20 min to finish. (The same 2 gentleman were working.) To make up for their missed deadline, they gave me a nice discount on my order. This was unexpected and also very appreciated.I don’t know their names, but their service was so impressive to me, that I will be shopping at that store much more often. These two gentlemen are a rare find in retail service and should be recognized!

I'm becoming more disappointed with Walgreens pharmacy hours. I know help is hard to come by. But closing at 6:00 p.m. and not open on the weekends makes it very difficult for people who work to get to the pharmacy.

The pharmacy hours are ridiculous. What kind of pharmacy is closed on Saturdays? 10-6 on weekdays so impossible to pick up a script here if you work during the week.

I just found out--only by stopping in at the store--that the pharmacy is now closed on Saturday and Sunday. Needed to pick up a critical refill that is to be started today, but I'm now in a real quandary. Why couldn't the pharmacy have left a message on their repeat customers' phones that the pharmacy hours have changed? This is a serious issue for those of us who rely on Walgreens pharmacy to stay healthy--maybe, even in some cases, to stay alive. Bad news.

It may look very much closed, but nope you just have to enter where the stop sign is located in some of these pictures!I love this store because the staffs always nice. And it’s always immaculately clean!MASK ARE VERY MUCH REQUIRED to enter the store. They have a wide selection of beauty products and a awesomely fast pharmacy, and a great photo center ( if you’re still in the need of using Those kiosks.)There where social distancing signs around check out, pharmacy (with complementary hand sanitizer masks and gloves if needed) perfume area, and photo!Gosh this place even has amazing deals on surgical masks and nitrile gloves ( the blue ones) I find that incredible. They are a bit hidden. They are located near pharmacy back in the little nook area with the isopropyl alcohol and knee braces! At the very bottom.Just all and all a lovely store to visit! And I believe they have certain senior hours so our elderly may shop safely! Great job front liners!

I accidentally visited this pharmacy 10 minutes before its closing time to get a flu shot. The pharmacist was friendly and agreed to give me a flu shot, although he was running out of time. I appreciated his positive attitude and behavior. He made sure to use my insurance card and to find my Walgreen's rewards account for benefits, and he gave me a $5 coupon for the store.
