This business should be rebranded as We Steal Any Car. On line quote was $7000. There initial offer was $1700. I should of left immediately but after an hour and a half I walked out with a check for $2500.
Claimed they would not charge me the normal transfer fees, the web site didn't mention anything about fees

Bernard was exceptional at the Plum branch of webuyanycar.com. He was extremely professional and efficient, but also tried to keep the proceedings light with a good attitude and sense of humor. This was especially important to us as we had owned our car for many years and hated to get rid of it. Bernard made the process bearable and he was completely honest with us regarding his inspection findings.
