I cannot say enough on how great Westbrook and all of their employees are! I have been working with them for 2 years now (since we brought parents back home from florida) and they have gone above and beyond in every instance. Mike especially has advised us on walkers, scooters, shower chairs etc and even made house calls to insure everything was working properly for our parents. We are extremely grateful to them!

My wife (who is a very experienced RN) went in on Sep 30 to inquire about ostomy supplies for my mother who just had Her surgery 2 weeks prior. The woman working there was extremely rude and unhelpful. We were also going to get a wheelchair there but after that experience I doubt we will ever go back.

Westbrook allowed my handicap wife go to her sons wedding. They coordinated with the Mt Lebanon Marriot, PA to install a hospital bed in our handicap hotel room, set up the bed such that I could use my Sit-to-Stand device to move her to/from the bed and wheelchair. Thanks to Westbrook she got comfortable sleep each nights, I was able to relax, and both of us enjoyed the wedding. Thanks Westbrook for your 5 star effort. Joe Malloy

I rarely give bad reviews, but I was really disappointed in the disrespectful manner that I was spoken to when I came in to inquire to purchase N95 or three ply masks. Not only was the sales person's demeanor uncomfortable but he did not extend himself to educate or help me, and his two other colleagues (two other ladies beside him) did not even make an effort to step in and help. Please go to another location for your supplies. This store was not what it used to be.

I went to Westbrook October 26, 2022 to get supplies for a leg infection. I pulled up to the parking lot, got out my walker and got over to the sidewalk. A very nice gentleman came over to me, I told him I was going to get supplies and he said he would get a wheelchair for me. I got in the wheelchair and he wheeled me into the store and then back out to my car! Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but I want to thank him for all his help. He works at Westbrook.

THANK YOU WESTBROOK FOR YOUR AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have had wonderful experience with this company. Mike has been exceptionally professional. The delivery time for our liftchair was exceptional and his response to any issue has been prompt and helpful. I will use Westbrook for all my future needs. And may I add, since I first posted this review, that all my subsequent dealings with Westbrook have been extremely positive - above and beyond any customer service I have recently experienced during these difficult times.

I had a time sensitive matter that the person with whom I talked did a very thorough job attempting to address. Based on that communication, I'd definitely go to them for medical supply needs in the future.

Mike was VERY helpful, professional, and polite when assisting with my mother's rollator. One of the wheels of her old rollator came off, and he contacted the manufacturer to see if they could send a new wheel. The company decided to send a new rollator, free of charge, and I was thrilled when Mike called me to let me know! The new rollator came in about a week later, and it has been working out really well -- so much nicer than the older model. I was skeptical that we'd really be getting a brand new rollator for free but nice surprises are always welcome -- thanks for your follow up and assistance, Mike! I'm happy to give Westbrook Medical Supply an excellent review, and I'll be back in the store soon.

Somehow this store managed to take down my initial review so I figured I would post another one. I went into this store about 2 weeks into the pandemic. They were selling a 12 pack of blue face masks...for 80 dollars. The one medical store in our community....and this place will fleece you the first chance it gets. You would think this place would be out of business by now....
