Went to pick up prescriptions 4 hours after sent. Very sick. Pharmacist did not even start to prepare. Then she began to ring up two bottles of pills. There was supposed to also be an inhaler. I asked about it "Oh yeah. We had to order it. Pick up tomorrow" Not sure she would have told me. Received phone call this am that it was ready. Could not find when went to pick up. Then brought another bottle of pills that was previously filled on Thursday. No inhaler. 2 more days. Noone called my physician to discuss substitute. Not the first time things like this have happened. One time 6 hours later, the pharmacist still had not checked the physician voice mail. No prescription. The almost duplicate error and lack of communication with my provider concerns me. Their errors and lack of professionalism and detail are a hair away from a harmful error.

Absolutely love this rite aid pharmacy. The employees are so nice and helpful even when insurance is a major PITA. They have helped me out on several occasions, and I am so grateful for their service and support as a customer.

Was ignored by 2 employeess. It's funny how nice I'm treated when I'm all dressed for work, but EVERY TIME I'm dressed in street clothes I'm ignored at this location

This store is well organized, and I can usually find everything I need. The pharmacy itself is quick to fill prescriptions, and the drive through is convenient. There is one clerk at the front who is amazingly friendly and helpful. The parking lot is generally clean and I can always find a convenient space to park.
