My brakes started making some crunching noises while I was driving and I just happened to pull over by factory tires and full service.
I was very lucky to pull over here because I had a great experience. I was just a girl on my own and I didn’t feel like anybody was trying to increase any prices on me or force any services on me.
They were very kind and I brought my car in at 5 o’clock and they had me out by 6 o’clock. I’ll definitely be coming back here to schedule my yearly inspection!

I can’t say enough good things about Factory Tires! Alex, the owner, personally came to pick me up when my vehicle got two flats nearby. He wasted no time getting both tires off and brought me back to the shop for fresh replacements. His teammate Ferhat then drove me back, mounted the new tires quickly, and I later brought the car back for an alignment.
The entire process was seamless, professional, and above all, incredibly kind. This is service I will never forget. Alex and his crew go above and beyond. I have a car inspection due soon and I now know exactly who to give a call. Truly the best in the business!

Useless. Brought my car in for a simple flat repair. Told the manager I was pretty sure it was the drivers front that was leaking but to please check all the tires. Get the call to come pick it up. I ask what the cause of the leak was. The manager says "I dunno I didn't work on it". I didn't think you personally worked on it but I guess it's too much to ask to have a line of communication with your own staff.
Turns out he didn't know because that wasn't the leaking tire, all they did was overinflate the one I said I thought was leaking to 40 psi (there's a sticker on the door that tells you what the psi should be, and every mechanic knows the default is 35 on a passenger car) and charged me $25. Turns out the leaker was the rear passenger side tire, which they would have found if they checked all like I asked.
Can't even fix a flat tire, with a name like Factory Tire Outlet. What a disgrace.

Went in for an alignment was advised about the conditions of my tires they had several finance options and we were able to get new tires and the alignment all the same day for a reasonable price and time. I will always recommend Factory Tires and Full Service because of their hard work and honesty.

Took our van to Factory Tires & Full Service on Route 51 and was treated exceptionally well. Excellent customer service from Bob and Layla. Excellent maintenance on our vehicle. Head Mechanic, Alex, made a point of talking to me about the condition of my van. Prices very affordable. Highly recommended.

You just don't get better service or care like this anywhere else. Period.
My father had been coming here for near 40 years when John and Bob owned it. Their legacy of excellence is carrying on with the new ownership too. Happy to continue bringing my cars here!!! Explanations are clear, prices are always great, and I leave with no worries.
