Went in today to return a dress for homecoming I bought last week because the one I wanted got delivered. Said I wanted to return the dress and the manager who checked me out when I bought the dress said I couldn’t because it was a special occasion dress and said the homecoming season is over. The homecoming season is not over yet, and she was very unprofessional about not informing me when I bought the dress that it could not be returned. I asked why she didn’t tell me and she said, “I sometimes tell customers.” As someone who works in retail, this is something that you should inform all customers about not just “some.” Very unprofessional acting too especially as a manager. Won’t be going back there again and didn’t get my refund for a dress overly priced as well.

Went there today to pick out a dress for a friends daughters homecoming and the 2 girls there were absolutely atrocious!!! The 1 girl stands in the middle of the store SCREAMING and clapping her hands saying“only 6 dresses allowed in the dressing room”!!! And she made us put the other ones back on the racks… I feel like we were dealing with the drunken Aunt at a family reunion that doesn’t know how to conduct yourself!!!!

Horrible customer service, the “manager” there was mad because we were supposedly trying on too many dresses for an upcoming 13th birthday party. Will never be back again! I cleaned up everything that was brought out BY MYSELF because the staff there is useless and never once asked us if we needed help! No wonder everyone buys from shein now 🤷🏽♀️

I went to this establishment today and I didn’t realize until after they close that the girl at the register gave me two different types of shoes, completely different sizes completely different styles (which were $30)im so upset about the Shoe!! And it is a Friday! I was expecting to go out with my girlfriends and enjoy the night! I’ll be back to get my refund and I’m never going there again horrible service!!!

The stire is unorganized. The workers are never around. The management team isn't inviting at all. Attitude central. Not to mention they pay their employees pennies. Smh. They don't know where anything is. Don't interupt their conversations or them being on the phone God forbid. I'm going to shop at another windsor. Definitely not this one. Unless I see some nice inviting people in there. Do urself a favor stay away

I've drove an hour and 30 mins one way, twice in 2 weeks only for this store to be closed, this is the Soth Hills PA location. I'm frustrated and my daughter has been heartbroken twice now trying to get her homecoming dress. This is so unprofessional and ridiculous. They don't even post it anywhere to make their customers aware of the matter!

Two times we've tried to go to this store for a homecoming dress and they've not been open. Today 9/8/2024 being one of them. Several people out front disappointed they are closed with zero explanation. How do you not open on a weekend during homecoming season!?

Don’t waste your time trying to shop here. The management needs to do better. The store is so messy and the poor girls who work under management seem to be doing all the work. I didn’t even see a manager when I was there. One of the girls did tell me her boss’s name is Karla and the co-manager’s name I have forgotten. DO BETTER!!! I will not be coming back to this location.

Any event I go to, this is my spot. Large variety of dresses, very formal to just a night out. Only complaint is the glitter on the dresses makes such a mess. I even hairspray the glitter dresses (it's what Google says to do), this time I had black glitter everywhere, including my salad! Lol I wish they had more midi length, lots of to the floor length and I Need like over 12 inches of that hemmed off.
