Terrible experience today! The manager, Jordan, has zero customer service, has zero interest in helping a customer and while customer service was on the phone with me, he refused to speak to me. I’m very happy with Windsor customer service, so I will continue to shop with them, but I will never shop at this store again.

I came in to shop at Windsor yesterday around 6:00PM. Was looking for a nice homecoming dress :) There were a lot of good options! It seemed like the employees knew how to handle the situation of a lot of customers needing to try stuff on at once which was nice. The one worker was really nice :) She has brown/blonde curly hair. Didn’t catch her name but she was great and helped me find the exact dress I wanted. I think she was one of the managers but I really appreciate the customer service!

I went dress shopping with my sister for my rehearsal dinner. We went in at 7:15PM and started looking at dresses. We were in line for the dressing rooms at 7:25ishPM. There were about 6 people in front of us, so there was a bit of a line, but expected as it’s homecoming season! We were in line until 7:45PM, as it took a very long time to get a room (totally expected!). My sister got her dressing room around 7:45PM, and at 7:50PM, one of the workers (this worker had blonde/brown curly ish hair, this was on 9/17/25 and the worker was on shift until closing, she was working the register and I could not see a name) states to all the girls in the fitting room in generality “just to let everyone know the store will be closing in 10 minutes, so please finish and make your way to the front”. Totally understand this!
Everyone was starting to finish up and slowly come out, and around 8:05PM, the same worker states in a very rude tone “if you are in the fitting rooms, we will be closing the registers at 8:10PM, so if you want to buy something you should be in line”. My sister, from the dressing room who was finishing up, stated back “that was a little rude” and the worker responded “that’s our policy, if you don’t like it, you can get out”.
At this point, we were furious with the rude comments and attitude. We were going to get her a dress but did not buy it because of the rude worker. She will NOT get my business and the worker’s attitude was not warranted. If you have a long line before closing, you cut it off so no more people can get in.
NEVER shopping here again!

I CANNOT stress enough how AWFUL the workers are. The last time I went in there the cashier didn’t even look at me or speak to me just handed me my bag. THEN i come back and the dude hands me my bag and goes “bye”. I don’t know WHAT is wrong with customer service anymore, but I’m 22 years old and i know how to talk to people better than these workers. If i’m spending $50 on a dress, the workers should at least acknowledge my presence. I will just be shopping online from now on. These are the worst workers and worst customer service EVER. If i could give zero stars, I would.

Went in today and found literally the most adorable stuff for not that expensive!!! New favorite store I swear and Skye was so helpful! She was so super sweet and made it so much fun to try stuff on and helped me find great picks! 💗💗💗 Love u forever Skye

Not your typical clothing store. They have a lot of dresses for homecoming that are cheap. And there were many girls there prom shopping.

Renee and Lauren were fantastic. I explained what my daughter was looking for to Lauren and she had the perfect dress in just a few minutes. She was a lifesaver. Dresses were perfect and reasonably priced.

Most absurd return policy. You have two weeks to return the items for it to go back on original form of payment. When I originally asked what the return policy was when purchasing these items, the employee said just make sure to bring receipt and keep tags on. After 14 days, you get store credit even if the clothes haven’t been worn, tags are still on, and you have original receipt.

the associates are so sweet and so calm during a rush. they were checking to make sure everyone was doing good and if they needed anything. some of the biggest help i've seen all day<3
