Lots of parking despite how busy it was. I walked in behind two other people so I thought it would be awhile once I seen a ton of other people inside. I was immediately approached and asked how they could help. I was only returning an old wifi box since I upgraded. Unfortunately this store is out of my traveling way so I usually went to south hills village area. But I definitely enjoy the open atmosphere. It didn't take long to return the item and be on my way. I have gotten multiple phone lines through xfinity and always a great help.

In and out no questions asked. My box stopped working, here have a new one. My dog ate my remote, here have another one. These guys are great no pressure of hey let's look at your plan first and see if we can suck more money out of you. Nope what cha need here ya go have a great day

After calling for 20 minutes getting the run-around for the typical hit one for this hit two for that all that bull crap then I finally got a message saying 45 minute wait time all our reps are busy

Amazing how you charge so much for service when so much as a squirrel farts in the front yard and you lose internet and cable. Then good luck trying to talk to someone. Complete b.s. robbery

I was supposed to have my Xfinity installed by a technician on May 2. They have still not showed up, despite me talking to them on the phone for several hours to confirm an appointment. On their website, it says that the appointment is now rescheduled to DECEMBER 31 2035! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!! THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED!!!

We visited the store today to get our bill lowered and Mason was a tremendous help! He was patient and kind! He's definitely top notch in customer service!

The employees here incorrectly moved my mobile lines and caused hundreds of dollars in charges. Now they are not able to help to fix the issues. No billing problems can be handled at this location.

Would not recommend xfinity to anyone. Went in added a phone line- traded in two phones (at the time a promo was going on if you traded in an iPhone you got a newer iPhone for free). Anyway at first they claimed they didn’t receive the iPhones, then the next day they said they got the iPhones but can’t find them in the warehouse. our bill is 120$ over what we signed up for. Spent hours beyond hours on the phone with customer service, went to the store twice, was told they were putting a ticket in to have it fixed. Then they said they didn’t have that promo (they 100 percent did) My bill is still way over. can’t get anyone to give us any answers. Xfinity is a joke and their customer service is absolutely horrid, been dealing with this for two months.. it is easier to close on a house than to deal with a phone bill with xfinity. And if I’m being honest I had better phone service with T-Mobile.
