By far the ABSOLUTE WORST experience of customer service I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. The service is excellent, so long as you stay within the lines, but woe betide you if your situation is even slightly atypical.Xfinity does not believe in transparency. Apps do not work, records cannot be printed, and representatives are hard to come by. I have had to speak with representatives SEVEN times to resolve a simple move and transfer of service.Do not recommend. Seriously. Stay away.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced is with Comcast/Xfinity. Impossible to live chat with an agent or contact and speak with an agent via the phone to resolve issues with wifi. Be prepared to spend hours of your own time as a customer trying to figure out internet issues on your own.

Jackie and Joe at Summit location helped me with a return phone receipt and billing issue. Both were thorough in their efforts to investigate and they were great help in correcting the issue. Very satisfied , thank you.

Not sure why I pay to never have internet ?? Elon Musk literally shot a Tesla into space and I can’t get internet. I am deeply frustrated. If anyone knows a better provider please let me know.

I went into the store multiple times to get the new iPhone 15. Their mobile was constantly down. Finally able to reach someone and I’m unable to upgrade because there is “no credit” on my account. I can’t get a new phone because my internet payments have been late in the past. Warning for anyone looking to switch to xfinity mobile. Switching away from xfinity as soon as possible. We have been Comcast customers for over 20 years.

They wouldn't let me upgrade my sons phone without my husband present, even though I am the main person on the account!!!! my husband doesn't even have a phone with them!

The entity that is Comcast is designed to sell and profit. The local stores are not equipped to assist customers after the sale if anything requires adjustments. Another thing that's broken in this Country. My auto pay sure keeps coming out right on time. Unreal. Update: I attempted to respond to the response, however, all that comes up is the word "LINK" with no actual link able to be accessed. I would be MORE than happy to rationally discuss if anyone would like to actually reach me and listen. I won't hold out any expectations, however, as it seems to be accepted that so many before me have come to the conclusion that the resolution process for existing customers is nonexistent.

As long as you make an appointment before you come, you get serviced right away and the text there are very knowledgeable.

I drove from WV to PA with my 90 year old mother to this Xfinity Store to get a TV box or otherwise wait 5 days to have one sent by mail. After getting home the box wouldn't work and Comcast said it was faulty. Multiple times I asked if they could please test the box at the store and they refused.Comcast made 44 billion dollars in 2022 and yet we sit here with no TV for 5 days for a technician.
