service as of lately hasn,t been up to par. Last week trash wasn,t even pickedup. It is not a big problem to me as I have very little and can bring it back to the house. Just a reminder to you that you might be getting a little laxed in your service. Thank you

Three of the last five weeks had to be rescheduled. I believe that three stars are generous.

The service is great and the employees I've met are also great.
We do need a cheaper alternative though, even if it meant us taking our garbage to the facility center in Pittsfield ourselves.
