Terrible customer service. I inquired about a Rizzini rifle and after a short email conversation these guys 1) said I was a cheap bastard 2) the owner was worth millions and didn't need my business and 3) told me to go shop elsewhere. All I can say is WOW! Looks like I dodged a bullet by not dealing with these guys. Buyer beware!

This place is very unprofessional and and whoever runs there online sales should find something else to do because he blocked me and some other users because our usernames were sorta similar to someone he had a problem with that my friends is not professional at all.

I had the pleasure of working with them for a short period of time, and it was a pleasure to learn from them. Went in to transfer gun today and had a problem with buyers DL so went to get fixed. Shop put sellers gun in the system to process and then when buyer could not complete the purchase the owner made the seller pay $49 transfer fee to get his own gun back!!!! Bad business! Questioned the owner and he said it is the way it is! No transfer took place so he ripped off the seller! I won’t be going back to there shop for anything….and I will let everyone I know how they operated. Hope the $49 was worth the bad publicity!!

Coming from a fellow (female) small business owner, our experience at the store was excellent, the women behind the counter was very knowledgeable in all aspects of our purchase, she answered all of our questions with respect and accuracy. Running a business these days is not the same as it was, customers can be difficult and demanding. She handled things with confidence and grace. We will purchase from Advanced arms again.

Purchasing a firearm is an experience unlike shopping in a department store. Jeff and Mary are both very knowledgeable and have superior communication skills. They will spend the necessary time with you whether it’s your first firearm or your hundredth purchase by showing you different models and their unique characteristics. I always leave the store in total confidence that I purchased the model for my needs. Any one can sell you a firearm once, that a transaction piece of business. You know Jeff and Mary have done good for you when you come back for additional purchases. I can personally say they know most of their customers by name. Whether you are just stoping into see what they got in, or a looking to make a purchase is very enjoyable. I have total trust in their profession knowledge and they always serve their customers right!

I loved the shop it was my first time here lots of nice selections. But I was extremely disappointed with the customer service. The lady with the short black hair is very rude and condescending for no reason at all. I know for a fact it’s not like that at bears gun room they treat me like family. She almost made me consider walking out of this store and going else where. I just spent $1700 on a gun you think they could be a more friendly, seemed like I was bothering her by being there? Dude with the tattoos was cool and helpful thanks bro

Staff customer service was pretty horrible overall. The woman specifically seemed pretty annoyed that I came in a bit closer to close but over 40 minutes away from close. Definitely will not be coming back but glad I got the gun I was looking for. Also, not recommending this place to anyone due to her pretty horrid attitude. I don't know the owner but just wanna say I saw some other comments about her and yes, she is quite rude and distasteful to talk to.
and before I get a comment from owner saying that attitude goes both ways... I was super nice and very respectful trying to ask questions that both workers seemed to just not want to answer nor had any care in the world to answer. There was even a point I felt scared to even ask any further questions due to the horrendous attitudes. Sad that this gun shop seemed so good but I don't support places that don't treat customers with the utmost respect. We are the ones keeping yall in business.

Recently made a purchase. The woman behind the counter was very professional and one of the most knowledgeable people I’ve met when it comes to firearms. I had many questions and she answered them all. Truly made me feel like a customer should feel. That type of service is hard to find in today’s world. I would recommend Advanced Arms to anyone looking for a firearm. I will be a repeat customer.
