“Love this store great store for downtown Scranton. You can the mail and look at the other store. Or just stop in to Auntie's Annie's for a prestal and drink . Then go shopping . The garage for parking is charging now. If you go to the new medical offices or get something from the store, it will stamp your ticket. You can shop online, and have it shipped to you, or you can pick it up there for curbside.”
“I went into Plato's Closet this past Friday, after a long, hot day of work. I was bringing in some clothes I no longer wanted, in order to try to make some extra cash to get by until next week. I had called earlier to see what the process was and if I would have to wait for a significant amount of time before getting the cash for any items they would take. I was under the impression that I wouldn't have to wait and that they would go through the items right then and there. But, when I walked in I was told that there were several people in line in front of me. The cashier also said that in about twenty minutes, I would receive a text upon completion of my items being sorted/prices. I was very rude at that point and started complaining, which I am not proud of. I stormed out and sat outside and smoked a cigarette. About 5 minutes later, to my surprise- I got the text that my items were ready for pickup! When I walked in, there was a gentlemen at the register. He apologized immediately for any misunderstanding on the phone and let me know that he did whatever he could, to get my items processed as quickly as possible because my time is valuable, and he realizes that. His name is Eric, and he was truly one of the most genuine people I have ever come across in customer service. You can tell that he truly values his customers and their time, and treated me with nothing but kindness and respect even when I wasn't the nicest to him!

“LET ME TELL YOU ... Britt Allen is an absolute SAVIOR. I had a date night emergency at closing time and I called the store in a panic needing boots and my girl delivered!!! She picked out the cutest pair - IN MY SIZE - stayed open a little longer for my husband to go swoop them up and it made my night and outfit perfect!!! I've consigned here for years now and I will 100% say I will never take my items or find my little gem closet pieces anywhere else. These girls are so sweet and keep the store looking amazing all the time. I cannot say enough on how great this shop is. DEFINITELY GO CHEK IT OUT! ?”

“We have had nothing but amazing experiences with Miss Ashley at Tiddlywinks Boutique! Her shop is absolutely adorable. Great prices for such unique outfits and accessories. Her parties are second to none! We attended the Grinch Party, and it was incredibly well done. My children still talk about it months later. We just had a birthday party there last week. I can’t believe how easy it was to have a party here! I am used to putting in months of work planning, making decor, and purchasing items for our at home parties. I just had to show up. All of my daughter’s friends had such a great time. Cinderella was seriously magical! We will definitely be visiting and attending parties here again soon!”

“J. Crew and J. Crew factory are two of my favorite clothing stores to shop, so I was excited when I learned they had a J. Crew factory at the shops at montage. J. Crew factory is an outlet store, so they have a lot of discounts and you can usually find a lot of good quality items at very low prices. The only problem I ever run into is that they are usually sold out of the items I want in my size (sigh). I am an avid online shopper at J. Crew factory and love the option to take clothing back to the store rather than through the mail. I have never had any issues with returns. The staff here is very helpful and friendly and not overbearing, which I appreciate.”
“I love the clothing from American Eagle and Aerie, the jeans are well made and comfortable with just the right amount of stretch. Love the weight of cotton they use in their sweatshirts and sweatpants.But really what makes their brand stand out is their customer service. I recently returned a top in store in Dickson City PA that I purchased as an online only item. Nathan handled the exchange in store and had my correct size shipped to me. He also brought me a shopping bag as my hands got full as I continued to shop; helped me to find what I needed and pointed out special offers going on. He was amazing, not hovering but definitely available if needed, and I think he should be recognized for how well he does his job. Courteous and outgoing, just made my shopping experience and exchange stress free. Thanks Nathan”

“I usually shop here for my adult children who are in their late 20's early 30's. The boys love the choices and styles. I have o ne that lives in the boxer under wear. Especially when the weather warm. He likes the length and the choice of patterns. His favorite are the cotton but he has also ventured into the new style with pockets. You heard me, yes! With pockets. Store is clean and nicely arranged. Staff is helpful without being pushy.”
“I love this store. I wish there was one in Dickson City- I feel like it would do very well there. I go out of my way to go to the Wyoming Valley Mall just for this store. I can't say the staff are great; they seem unhappy to be there. But the clothing quality is great, the store is clean and the prices are more than fair.”

“I LOVE ROSS! I am a bargain hunter and compared to other stores like Tj Maxx or Marshall’s the prices are unbeatable. The store is always packed with customers who are shopping. Staff is very approachable and professional. My only complaint is not with the store but the customers could be better to staff as they are always running around trying to stock and deliver the best products available, as I imagine it’s hard to keep a store stocked with how many products are continuously flying off the shelf! 10/10 would recommend. Absolutely great deals, staff, products, etc.”

“Great place to work for! It's just too bad they hired an emotionally damaged and broken person like myself. No one can fix me, and my lack of ambition and confidence destroyed me from a fantastic warehouse. The pay is fair (not the best, nearby warehouses/industries pay more), the hours are perfect for most people, and the work is easy! Just go in with confidence and better outlook on life than I have and you'll exceed there. Best of luck you all!”
