If I would have known that my shipper was using fed ex, I would have never placed the order. I have instructions that you have to go up my drive way to leave my package. So what does the driver do, drives away instead of walking up my drive way. Horrible customer service then they say but we will attempt to deliver it tomorrow I said the same thing is going to happen. They can't even get in touch with their drivers to make them come back??? I couldn't even speak with a human when I saw my driver drive away. I had to wait until the end of his shift when he finally updated the tracking. I waited all day for this. I was so excited go get it today too.

Very easy to ship with, especially considering my limited knowledge (was shipping back a damaged item). Did have to ask the woman at the cash register if I was at the right place though since there's really no indication that there's a FedEx operating in there besides information found online. Maybe there's a sign inside that I missed...? They have some boxes and other packaging supplies there if you don't any.

Every time where order from when they use FedEx and it lands in Pittston it goes there to be laid to rest. Someone is making a killing there and there send it back to send back to shipper

Drivers leave packages at the garage door at the end of my home ,cannot see them from the inside the house. The last one was card board electrical product left after dark . Remained there over night. clear view from the road and out in the weather. The one time I caught out with the driver and after a discussion he said next time he would leave it at the edge of the driveway near the road. When I asked him what if someone stole it. His reply was I took a picture of where I left it , after that it is your problem. Where they left it is 20ft from the front door under a covered porch.I called the terminal after this incident , I was told some customers request packages be left at a garage door .She said she would make a note that deliveries to my address be left on the front porch [common sense]. Apparently the driver last night did not get the memo.I wish when I order sometime I have the option to choose another delivery carrier, Any other besides FedEx.

Until last Friday, my packages were left outside the physical back door of the house. Now they are being left balancing on the end of the railing of the handicap ramp 15 feet away from the back door. I have to get someone to bring me the package. I have received packages for several years and they were left by the physical door. The ramp has been there less than a year. Why can't the driver walk up the ramp? It is the same distance as walking on the sidewalk.

I wish I could give this company negative stars. The customer service number is useless! The AI computer will make you chase your tale to no end.I called because I received a text message that my package is "en route" for 3 consecutive days. The delivery truck hasn't even been on my block (I have security cameras).Lastly, this is not my 1st bad experience with this company. I avoid their services at all costs... If you read this, I hope you will, too.

Same crap yet again with a fed ex delivery via this sort location. Same excuse that the package wasn't on the truck, etc.. Last time I somehow convinced a buffoon at Fed Ex customer service to give me the number for the location and a supervisor actually located my package. I then drove 40 miles each way to get my stuff or 80 miles in total. Fast forward 2 years and yet another item delivered via Fed Ex is apparently sitting there. This time I'm already into this for two hours. The nut case customer service rep on the 1-800 number is telling me that they can't deliver my package because Home Depot didn't put my name on the label despite the fact that on their own (Fed Ex) tracking it says the label was destroyed. I now have to go to Home Depot because their equally idiotic customer service is telling me I have to deal with this in a store (because of the shipment address). This is the same BS all over again..... I literally hate this company (Fed Ex) and personally stopped using them years ago. Absolutely the worst delivery company ever unless you live in Chile which I understand has an equally pathetic POS delivery company!

My pharmacy sent my medicine through FedEx that was a week ago it has first pending and today it is listed as delayed I have called FedEx the last 2 days with no satisfaction.

The last 2 deliveries my boxes were DESTROYED! the last delivery on 9/22/22 it legit looked liked someone punched it or stepped on it so hard the inner box was also damaged! WTH fedex!! My deliveries have been bad but this is ridiculous

Driver apparently is declining to service our rural road with my last package showing out for delivery daily for 6 days and my neighbor's for almost 3 weeks. Yesterday neighbor told me when his was finally delivered he talked to the driver who said she's just a temp and the regular driver won't come out here, the supervisor knows and does nothing.

Another shitty review for a shitty FedEx hub. This place is horrible. I've been waiting at home all day for my package to arrive only to get a message saying that I wasn't available for delivery. There was no attempt at a delivery made at all today and no door tag was left by the driver. The drivers for this FedEx hub are lazy, dishonest, and brain dead. They must be pretty short staffed to keep these idiots around. Absolutely pathetic!!!

I would give them ZERO stars if I could!. They have had 2 packages in the Pittston distribution center for a week. Everyday I get a text that I was not home and its my fault they cannot deliver!!!! When I call customer service they tell me NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS MADE THE PACKAGES ARE STILL IN THE DISTRIBUTION CENTER. SO THEY LIE EVERY DAY. Customer service reps say they will look into it but nothing every happens.MY OPINION - NEVER USE FED EX!!!!!!!!!

They refused my package because it wouldn't scan. They refused to type the number in manually. I darkened the text with a pen, so they said it was hand written and wouldn't take it. I have dropped off multiple packages at this site with no issues. The 2 gals behind the counter didn't seem knowledgeable. Now my package will be sent out late. And the buyer will be unhappy.

Refuses to process my package for 3 days. I went thru this a year ago with Medication that my cat needed. By the time it arrived (2 weeks late) my cat passed away. This time I'm awaiting on a shower chair after being injured. And it's showing SO FAR up to 5 days late. Not able to shower until it arrives. Absolutely past pitiful, and into evil terrain this Location is.
