I was waiting for my package outside, FedEx truck drove right by my house. Checked tracking number, marked customer not available. Horrible service, lazy driver.

Wish I could give no stars, but FedEx is NOT a good shipping company. Not only did they not deliver my package with perishables on time TWICE in the span of 2 weeks, but their “driver” threw my package onto my porch. Literally tossed it like it was a basketball. I have it all on my cameras. If you value your packages and delivery service, use anyone else. UPS is a much better service in my opinion. The driver for my area goes above and beyond to make sure my packages are handled gently and makes sure I’m aware the delivery was complete (he will honk his horn and then knock and ring my doorbell).

Terrible I live in Freeland they have this one radical driver he’s a hazard in streets and blares music. Very unprofessional experience I’ve tried to alert terminal many times man should be fired. They ignored his behavior

Fedex is the most incompetent delivery service. In th span of two weeks they failed miserably at delivering two separate packages. I did not choose fedex, the sellers of my itims were the ones who chose fedex. The first package was delivered to some other address. FedEx didn't care at all that they screwed up so badly. The second package was on the local delivery truck Saturday morning, March 1st. Today is the 8th. I still haven't received it, and again fedex doesn't give a shit that they totally lost it, on their truck...
I'm livid! I would send things by carrier pigeon before I would ever use fedex, nor will I ever be purchasing anything from a company that uses fedex either. The customer service is even more lacking than the delivery service. You can't contact the local warehouse, and when you finally get away from their Ai to an actual human, they are outsourced to God knows where and the person is even less help than the Ai. Fedex all around is awful!

Ridiculous organization. Tracking my order and they posted that they attempted the delivery and could not make it. I was home for all three days sitting with my door open and no one ever came to my house to make the delivery. Lazy ass drivers that just don't want to do their job

The drivers coming in and coming out of that Facility are going to cause a major accident or kill someone. They never stop at the stop sign or move over into the turning lane.

I wish I could post the security camera video of the POS driver who just drops my box of fragile car parts on my front porch today!! Any other delivery driver has handled my items with care, but not this guy. Package had rotors in it and he just drops it on my concrete steps.

Had 3 packages that needed signatures, waisted my entire day waiting for them and they never showed up then had the nerve to mark the deliveries at customer not home. I can believe how far behind the curve they have fallen from everyone else.

Complete GARBAGE. Their delivery driver throws my overnight package at my door and runs off. Package is opened and was signed for the previous day by someone I never heard of. Customer service tells me despite the open package and today's ring video there's nothing they can do for me and to call the shipper. Who is a medical facility sending me my records. Trash customer service from a trash company. If you don't want your identity stolen, go with UPS or USPS.

Packages travel across the country then come here to die under a delivery exception. 800 number said sorry, it's probably sent to overstock but you can try going to Pittston. I said overstock? It's a person item made of personal family photos. It better not be sent to some overstock place. Furthermore, it's in a super thick Styrofoam box that ships mugs daily. So I don't see how it was so suddenly damaged that I can't even get it. The best part is that the shipper and FedEx never notified me. I would have been waiting the rest of my life. And to make matters worse, the customer service representative was rude. Super disappointed in you FedEx.

Initial directions took me to the FedEx Ground location building. Wasn’t the shipment drop off point.
