Promised delivery on Tuesday no promised delivery on Wednesday still no delivery. Cannot talk to a person which is understandable because I'm sure they don't like pissed off people talking to them. Will never use FedEx again.

The absolute worst shipping service hands down. Customer service is horrible. Said my package was going to be delivered priority overnight. Waited till 7pm, Said package would be delivered by 8:00 p.m. of course I know that's a lie. I called the service center they said just to wait till 8:00 p.m. sure enough it never got delivered and said there was a delivery exemption. I tried calling multiple times to get the package delivered as I paid extra for priority overnight because I needed a part. Absolute horrible service. I hate using FedEx Express. I would choose UPS any day of the week over them. FedEx ground is not that bad but Express has been nothing but problems. Misdelivered packages. Horrible service. If any at all. I do not recommend using them for anything. Complete trash

Someone who delivered my package from here stole what was in it. Just delivered a completely empty box. From now on, if i am able to get it myself from an actual store, then I will. Just sickening how ppl can touch and take things that don't belong to them and that they DID NOT pay for. Won't ever do service with FedEx again. Your employees are known for stealing stuff. May god have mercy on you.

These people are the absolute worst. They attempted to deliver my package to someone in Pittston even though I'm in Old Forge. They use AI as customer service, and, if you're lucky, and ONLY if you're lucky, you'll get to talk to someone in India who you can't understand. They lose MY package and then blame it on the shipper. Apparently neither party can do anything about it. Absolute garbage company.

My package was delivered to the wrong house today . I called and got absolutely no help from the representative I spoke to. I was told to call my shipper and have them track it down. FEDX screwed up and I was left hanging - nice job !!!

one of their drivers almost hit me leaving the facility. He started cursing at me and flipping me off. could not get through on the phone to tell anyone.

Was a little hard to find. But I found it! Dropped off my FedEx shipment because they couldn’t pickup until Monday and it’s Friday. Love drop off process. Very simple and nice person at the counter.

If I can give the whole fedex corporation a 0 star; I WOULD!!! I have a package that was supposed to be shipped on a specific date but then they changed it saying “on time” for the next day when I needed it for that specific day and when I went to change it to store pickup they said “it policy to put restrictions on deliveries” and “I can’t get store pickup … ITS MY package.. shouldn’t I HAVE a say when I need my very important package?? God I HATE FEDEX

This warehouse is awful. This is the 3rd time in 5 months that they have loaded my package on the Amazon Warehouse Tractor Trailer. My husband had to drive to that Amazon Warehouse in Hazelton ( 1 hour away) several times to try to retrieve it. Took us @ 1 week each time to retrieve the package. These packages are for my Business and we have had to refund $1000's of dollars in orders. Management doesn't care, they said this happened all the time. The workers are not reading the labels and honestly, they just don't care. Blamed it on the fact that Amazon Warehouse deliveries have posed a problem for them and not responsibility for their works not reading the labels. Awful, just awful.
