“Regretfully, I initially avoided Advanced Arms when I first moved to the area because I had heard the employees were rude. After finally stopping in and making a few purchases, I was reminded yet again to never believe everything you hear.
The staff was extremely well-informed and patient, and they answered the endless amount of questions I threw at them without hesitation.
I believe Mary is the woman who resembles Trinity from The Matrix, and I’m not sure what some people expect from her or the rest of the team — but I found her to be nothing but professional, helpful, and pleasant. In fact, I ended up following all of her advice on one of my purchases, and I’m better off because of it.
