I had a great experience renting from this location. My reservation was with Dollar Car Rental, but I learned at the counter that Dollar is operated by Hertz. The guy at the counter was extremely friendly, informative, and professional. He explained everything clearly and accommodated my needs without hesitation. He really made the process quick and smooth. It was refreshing to be treated with such kindness and care, and I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I’d definitely rent from this location again.

I left Hertz many years ago when they were going through re organization and switched to Avis but thanks to the service girl at Avoca I am happy to switch back to Hertz. The car rentals do not open to 10 a.m. even though flights were arriving at 8 a.m. so I called with my concerns, Avis wouldn't help me so in a last ditch effort I tried Hertz. The girl Norma was amazing, put keys in the car and text me location and instructions. Wow Glad to be back with Hertz.

Service was prompt, efficient and well organized. Justin was friendly, explained everything very clearly, probably the most cheerful rental car agent I have ever interacted with. The car was ready and the whole process took 15 minutes !

Came in yesterday to pick up my rental car that I booked a few weeks ago. Been a good member of hertz for years. I booked a large sedan and was told I was upgrade. Great then I realized they gave me a jeep compass which is a horrible car Asked the agent for something different was told they didn’t have any cars. Then asked for the large sedan instead and was told they didn’t have any cars and the jeep compass is all they have. I strongly recommend picking a different company or you will get stuck with something you didn’t want to begin with I am paying 400 bucks for a 3 day rental on one of the cheapest cars every made
Shame on you hertz I am to blame I should have read the other comments first that all stated your go to line that you don’t have any cars Next time I will book enterprise or any company then the ones you own

6 months after my rental reservation was completed Hertz called me and wrongly acussed me of damaging a vehicle and wanted almost $1,000 from me, which of course i told them was inaccurate. They said they would look into it and call me back. Another 3 months later they called me back asking for the money and had no recollection that my case was supposed to be escalated and reviewed by management. After telling the employee i did not cause the damage, she emailed me photos and reports. The evidence they sent me via email had a different renters name and incident report and the damage photos they sent me included a photo of the mileage which was also incorrect and was a mileage amount that was on the vehicle prior to me renting the vehicle. ADDITIONALY, the case representative sent me a document outlining when the claim photos were uploaded on their end, and the date of the upload was 1 day prior to me picking up the vehicle. I will never rent from Hertz again.

A few weeks back I made a reservation with a different rental car service and the day I was suppose to pick up it fell through! Even after I made a reservation a week earlier.Norma who was with hertz was absolutely solid, went out her way to help me out and get my problem resolved EVEN though I did not make a reservation through them initially. She was patient, kind, down to earth and showed genuine kindness (that’s extremely difficult to find these days.)Norma if you ever see this thank you for showing up in clutch that day!! Not only are you a great employee with Hertz but for being a person who gave me hope that there’s kindness that still exists. Keep your light bright!!! Because you didn’t have to help me out but you made the decision that very second to.

My gas tank (during pickup) was not 100% full (1/4 tank missing) I reported it and they made it right within a day. That is what I call great customer service!

Got reservation went to pick up car then got told i didnt have a valid drivers license, my license and credit cards are worn from pocket they need to pass a uv test never herd of it half to ask cops that next time i get stopped if its still valid. hope you got new ones available for your rental they will give you a credit for a car they will never rent you on the plus side and red head at counter is miserable

Got me exactly what I needed any problems that I had they took care of considerably cheaper than enterprise. For the same vehicle for the same exact amount of time enterprise wanted almost $400 more. The staff was very courteous and kind to get me the best deal possible while other places didn't even try a plus highly recommended
