A few weeks back I made a reservation with a different rental car service and the day I was suppose to pick up it fell through! Even after I made a reservation a week earlier.Norma who was with hertz was absolutely solid, went out her way to help me out and get my problem resolved EVEN though I did not make a reservation through them initially. She was patient, kind, down to earth and showed genuine kindness (that’s extremely difficult to find these days.)Norma if you ever see this thank you for showing up in clutch that day!! Not only are you a great employee with Hertz but for being a person who gave me hope that there’s kindness that still exists. Keep your light bright!!! Because you didn’t have to help me out but you made the decision that very second to.

My gas tank (during pickup) was not 100% full (1/4 tank missing) I reported it and they made it right within a day. That is what I call great customer service!

Got reservation went to pick up car then got told i didnt have a valid drivers license, my license and credit cards are worn from pocket they need to pass a uv test never herd of it half to ask cops that next time i get stopped if its still valid. hope you got new ones available for your rental they will give you a credit for a car they will never rent you on the plus side and red head at counter is miserable

Got me exactly what I needed any problems that I had they took care of considerably cheaper than enterprise. For the same vehicle for the same exact amount of time enterprise wanted almost $400 more. The staff was very courteous and kind to get me the best deal possible while other places didn't even try a plus highly recommended

This place doesn’t have any cars to rent they give you a reservation number when you go there to pick up the car they don’t have anything available , Plus the tension is so bad

YOU DESERVE MINUS 5 STARS! the way we were treated at the wilkes barre airport location ruined a long awaited well deserved vaction.it took almost 3 hours and 2 trips there for the obviously clueless agent to give us our rental,we were so late leaving with the rental we didnt leave for our destination until the next day. hertz cost us 1 day rental at the beach and 1 day rental of the van.THANKS FOR RUINING OUR VACATION!!!

I have reached out to this place numerous times they never answer when i select to speak to employee they say they are closes at 11am which business is closed at that time ? Hertz in moosic pa is, lack of professionalism this is how business are run down in scranton pa. Thats the reason why that city and business never prosper.

Made a reservation about 3 weeks before coming in when I arrived I was told they had no vehicles left and that a reservation doesn't reserve you a car at hertz.. which the definition of reservation is the action of reserving something. Hopefully they will try to get more cars in next time to add some more stars to this review.

I forgot my phone magnetic car mount in the rental car and it may as well have fallen off the planet and into a black hole. Not a word back from them

Reserved a car and was quoted a rate in my email... when my plane landed, they "upgraded" my vehicle, charging me a lot more money than quoted. I was stranded and had no choice but to take the car.Wont do business with them again.
